Bought some cool clothes
I got some really cool clothes from there and I was so happy with them. But the last time I tried to ask a question, they didn't even bother to answer. So I'm saying goodbye to that shop and looking for a new one. I really value good customer service, so if it's not there, I'm out!

I was totally freaking out after I ordered my undies because I saw some negative reviews, but it all turned out great! The shipping was super fast and the undies were really nice. I guess some folks just like to complain on the internet.
Such a great service
i ordered set of bras from here and it was perfect fit. the color is awesome and also its comfortable. i normally dont trust online shop when it comes to innerwear as my size is not always listed. however, i am glad this helped me
Pump underwear
I bought some Pump underwear from Freshpair recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing. A lot of other folks said the same thing in their reviews - the undies I got were messed up. The waistband was too loose and the sizes seemed all over the place. A medium pair looked more like a large or extra-large. I did some digging and found out that Pump actually sells their stuff for the same price, or even cheaper, during sales. I tried hitting up Freshpair through email and Insta, but got no response at all. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from Freshpair after my experience.
Black lace lingerie set
The ordering process was easy, but the service kinda sucked. The customer service reps were rude and didn't really help when I asked about my order. Seems like they didn't care about making customers happy. Prices weren't bad, but the bad service made me think twice about buying from them. And to top it off, delivery took forever!
Defective underwear
I definitely recommend avoiding buying from this company because they sell faulty underwear. It's really frustrating to wait 2 weeks for your order to show up and then discover that it's defective in some way. It's clear that they're not checking the quality of their products before sending them out.
Briefs
I ordered a pack of briefs from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The customer service was terrible, like, really bad. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure. Even after waiting 11 days, my order was still labeled as "unfulfilled." But get this - they already charged my credit card! And when I tried to cancel, they said it was too late because the warehouse already shipped it out. Unbelievable, right? This company is shady and untrustworthy. Stay far away from them.
2 underwear and 1 bra
So, I was really pumped to receive my first order from them, but when the package came, only one of the three items I ordered was in there! I was like, seriously? I tried contacting customer support, but the email link was nowhere to be found! Plus, living in Europe, there's no easy way for me to contact them directly. I'm so let down and frustrated about this whole mess. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them until they straighten things out.
Underwear
I just bought some new underwear online. The website was easy to use, and I found what I wanted quickly. But man, the delivery was a mess. USPS said they dropped it off, but it never showed up. It took forever for customer service to help, and all they did was tell me to dispute the charge. That's not cool. I won't be shopping there again.
Lingerie set
I had a big problem with their website when I was trying to order something. I shot an email over to customer service right away and they told me to give it 24 hours, so I did. Finally got my order placed and when it came, it was all messed up. When I called to try to fix it, the person on the phone was so rude and talked down to me. Wouldn't even let me talk to a manager and just said they'd pass my info along, but I never got a call back. All in all, dealing with Freshpair has been a letdown and super frustrating.
Lingerie return issue
I just wanted to share about my recent experience buying from this site, and man was it a letdown. I ordered some lingerie, and lo and behold, when it arrived, it was actually dirty. The sneaky thing was wrapped in paper, so I didn't spot it until I unwrapped it. I quickly sent it back, only to be hit with a "no can do" because they claimed some Federal rules about opened packages. I ended up out of money for the item and all I got was a cookie-cutter apology. Definitely not a great experience overall.
Damaged merchandise, misleading description, unhelpful customer service
I bought some bras from this company not too long ago, and man, I gotta say, I was super let down by the quality. One of the bras had a hole in it, and they said they were lightly lined when they totally weren't. So I tried to send them back, but they wouldn't give me a prepaid return label. That was just not cool, and I was so annoyed. My whole experience with them was just awful, and you can bet I won't be buying from them again.
Recent order size mislabeling
I ordered some stuff from Freshpair not too long ago and man, I was really let down. I got four things, but two of them were totally the wrong size. I tried to get in touch with Freshpair and the brand to sort it out, but I didn't hear a peep from either of them. I know my undies, been buying them for a while now, and these ones were definitely labeled wrong 'cause they were way too tight.
Lost package issue
I had a really frustrating experience with Freshpair recently. My package went missing in the mail, so I reached out to them for help. They told me my shipment might be stuck in customs and suggested I contact them. But when I checked my tracking number, it showed that my package had already gone through customs. I was pretty confused and disappointed with the wrong info Freshpair's customer service gave me.
