First-time order, easy process and received a discount
Ordering from this company was so easy, I couldn't believe it! It was my first time buying something, and I was happily shocked by how straightforward everything was. And get this - I even got a $10 discount on my order! They just automatically applied it, no annoying extra steps required. That kind of smooth sailing is pretty amazing and definitely makes this company stand out from the others I've bought from before. I was seriously impressed by how much they care about the little things and making sure their customers are happy.
The most amazing pair of loafer i bought!
I like loafers, they are comfortable, stylish and simple. However, buying the perfect one is seriously tough sometimes especially when you don't have too much time for that

I gotta say, I was really impressed by all the different styles, colors, and finishes they had on the website. Being able to customize stuff is a big deal for me, especially when I'm working on costumes for Broadway. I can't wait to actually get the product and see how it stacks up to what's out there. Awesome shoe purchase
I've been getting a bunch of emails with all kinds of shoes, but one really caught my eye! I checked out the website, used the size guide, and bought the pair I was eyeing. I really appreciate how they keep me in the loop with new styles without bombarding me with notifications.

I was hoping to get that 10% discount, but when I went to pay, they only had a 7% one. Plus, I feel like they're bombarding me with emails - it's just too overwhelming!
Recent shoe purchase
I bought a pair of shoes from your store not too long ago. But man, I'm having some trouble with the shipping. I paid for that speedy shipping option almost a week ago, but my shoes are just sitting there, not even shipped yet! I was really looking forward to getting them quickly. I tried to get in touch with your support team through email and WhatsApp, but haven't heard back from them. I really hope I can get some answers about my order soon.
Size availability for US 14 (cm30)
I always find myself coming back to this store because they have my size in stock, US 14 (cm30), which isn't easy to find elsewhere. I've been shopping here for a while and used to really like that they carried sizes up to 16 without needing custom orders. Unfortunately, they don't offer that anymore, which is a bummer. Nonetheless, I do appreciate their great selection of footwear. The only downside for me is the prices, as they can be a bit expensive and not as affordable as I'd like.
Low heel shoes
I've been on the hunt for some low heel shoes lately, like sandals, boots, and regular shoes. The problem is, it's been tough to find ones with heels under 2.5 inches or 6 cm. I need lower heels 'cause the taller ones just aren't comfy for me - the usual 3-inch heel is too much. I've been shopping with you guys for a while now, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Any chance you can help a girl out and hook me up with some low heel options?

You cant return shoes. No matter what ... one of the shoes were damaged. The website directs you to an email address to request a return and they NEVER respond. Plus for China they are very over priced.

Shoes took forever to arrive. We’re falling apart out of box. Ill fitting. Straps could hold 3 ankles and still not stay up. Spent 119.00. You have to email Dante for return, but so far Dante doesn’t seem to respond. Have send more than one email and still nothing. Buyer’s beware.
