Bouquet purchase
I gotta say, I was really impressed by all the different bouquets they had on their website - it made it super easy to pick out just the right one for the occasion. The ordering process was smooth as butter and easy to navigate, which is always a win in my book. They did a great job keeping me in the loop about where my delivery was at, so I knew exactly when to expect it. And let me tell you, when that gorgeous box of flowers showed up, it was even more stunning in person than it was online. The delivery was right on time and totally hassle-free, no problems at all. All in all, I was super happy with how everything went down and would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.
A Noble profession

FTD has done wonderful work for our company since 2016 where we use to send to our clients and own staff on different occasion,mostly on new year, Xmas, anniversaries.I have not yet received any complain in last four years,so I can't go for any negative remarks. Flour bucket mostly seen well designed ,with best color combination,high quality greeting cards ,nicely printed ..I don't see any point where to devalue FTD..That is so I as an individual and we as company continue till the date on every occasion almost.Perfect flowers
I just got some flowers from this company and I gotta say, they were amazing. They came right on time, fresh as can be, and just so darn pretty. I was over the moon happy with them. Ordering was a piece of cake, super simple and clear. The customer service was awesome too, with really friendly and helpful folks. I loved getting an email confirming my order and another email when the flowers were delivered.
Birthday bouquet sent to sister
I just sent this lovely bouquet to my sister for her birthday, but she was on vacation when it arrived, so she couldn't get it. When I called customer service to explain, they totally got it and were super nice about it. They rescheduled the delivery for when she got back, and they didn't even charge extra. I thought their customer service was great - they really helped me out. Thanks a bunch!
Valentine's Day flower delivery
I had a really bad time with FTD when I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my fiancé. I made sure to give them the right address and even called to double-check, but somehow they still ended up at the wrong place. When I called to ask about what happened, the customer service person was no help at all and wouldn't even let me explain. It was so annoying not being able to surprise my fiancé at her job with the flowers, but at least she still loved them when they finally showed up.
Flowers delivered in snowstorm
I ordered some flowers and they were supposed to be delivered on a day when there was this huge snowstorm. But because of all that snow, the person couldn't manage to drop them off. The flower delivery person was really nice and came back the next day with them. I thought that was really awesome of them. And on top of that, the flowers were really pretty too.
Quick and easy flower delivery
The website was really easy to use, and I was able to order flowers super quickly. The delivery came really fast, and the person who got the flowers sent me a picture of them – they looked exactly like I thought they would. They were super happy with the flowers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely order from here again!
International flower delivery during winter
Even with the crazy weather in Montana, FTD pulled through and got those gorgeous flowers and extra bouquet of roses to my older sister. I can't thank them enough for their amazing service and effort to make sure that Christmas present got there on time. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
Funeral flowers, out of state
The website was super easy to use, and I found the perfect arrangement to send to a funeral out of state. The recipients were so happy with the beautiful flowers, they stood out at the service. The hand-written card gave it a personal feel that meant a lot to them. Great job!
Same day flower delivery
I was kinda in a bind and had to send my boss some flowers at the last minute. Found this company that could get 'em there the same day, so I took a chance. The flowers got there on time and my boss was super pleased. She said they were real pretty too.
Variety of flowers
They've got a bunch of really cool flowers to choose from, and they're not too expensive. I just wish they had more options without stargazers since those can be harmful for pets and people with allergies.
