Streaming service experience
I've been using the streaming service for a while now and I've had a really smooth experience with it. Some people have complained about the content selection, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference since you can check out titles before you decide to watch. It's worth mentioning that not all shows are on there because of exclusive deals with other companies. Me, personally, I haven't had any big problems and I've had a good time using the service. And hey, they even give you a free trial so you can try it out before you decide if you want to stick with it.
Online order of Blu-rays
I've had three bad experiences in a row with this company. They messed up processing my payment three times, and even tried to take money from my account without asking. It feels like they're trying to be like some other shady company out there. Are they really that incompetent that they can't even handle a basic payment? Or are they just jumping on the shady bandwagon?
Anime subscription
I've gotta say, as a customer, I've been really let down by this company's service. The website talks a big game about having a ton of anime shows available, but in reality, the app is constantly crashing and freezing, which totally ruins the experience of trying to watch anything. And don't even get me started on customer service - it's like they're ghosts because every time I try to reach out for help or support, I never hear back. That kind of lack of communication and help is just not cool, especially when I'm shelling out money for a subscription.
Honestly, I think it's best to look elsewhere for anime streaming services. Take Crunchyroll for example, they've got a way better selection and actually offer some decent customer support. And to make matters worse, the service keeps glitching out and spoiling episodes by skipping ahead randomly, whether I'm watching on my computer or casting to another device.
Anime purchase
I was trying to buy some anime, but man, there wasn't much to choose from and it was a struggle to find what I was after. The genres were all jumbled up and there were only like 10 random choices. I was bummed out 'cause I couldn't find what I really wanted. I probably should've just checked out a different website.

Account Hacked
My husband's account got hacked and whoever did it was using it to watch stuff in Portuguese, which is really annoying. He reached out to customer service for help but they were totally useless. They were so rude and unprofessional, basically accusing him of being the hacker. Thankfully, he was able to cancel the payment through a different method. Ugh, the customer service was just terrible. Honestly, just switch over to a better streaming service like crunchyroll.
My recent subscription experience
My experience with the subscription service has been pretty disappointing. The platform is just full of technical problems that make it really frustrating to use. The app always seems to lag, even though my internet connection is fine, so I can't really get into my favorite shows without the constant interruptions. And don't even get me started on the auto-play feature – it never seems to work right, especially when I'm trying to watch shows with extras.
