Fashion-concious clothes to shop
I find Furla a good alternative for all those high-costing shopping brands. a lot of them I just cannot replace.
Furla has such a great variety of clothes and garments that are fashion-oriented, creating a statement. and that makes it special.
The quality is not compromised, that I loved about.
They are basically Italian luxury brand, It came out really impressive as they are really around the world, I think more than 100 countries or so.
So when you see Furla shop somewhere or online, don't think it is just some local shop there at the town but the really known brand.
But the cost of the products is something not go too-much expensive. they are reasonable for sure. The range of clothes is versatile. so something for everyone is there to pick.Three Furla bags purchased during sales
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for three years now, and I've bought three bags when they had sales. Let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how great these bags are - they're durable, stylish, and really stand out. I'm really happy with my purchases and I'm already thinking about getting another one, just waiting for the next sale. The only reason I didn't give them a perfect rating is because they cancelled one of my orders for no reason at all. But overall, I'm really happy with them and I'll definitely keep shopping with this brand.
Two purchases - shoes for mom and a small backpack for myself
Good shoes came quickly, but the backpack took a while because of UPS. Packaging was good, but I didn't get a confirmation email for my extra Black Friday purchases.
Furla bag purchase
I bought a bag from the official website, and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the quality. The yellow tape inside was all torn up, which made the packaging look all messy. And on top of that, there were obvious flaws on the bag, like a shoddy repair job on what looked like a hole. So, I reached out to their customer service team, followed their return instructions, but I haven't heard back at all. I've tried emailing and messaging them multiple times, but still no refund or replacement. The way they've handled this whole situation has left me feeling really let down by their customer service.
Expensive handbag
I bought this really pricey handbag from this company not too long ago, and I gotta admit, I was pretty bummed with how everything turned out. I even shelled out some extra cash for express delivery, but the bag ended up showing up late, which was super annoying because I was so excited to finally get my hands on it. And to make matters worse, when I tried to get in touch with customer service through email to ask about the delay, I never got a response. Like, seriously? That's just not cool. This was my first time ordering from these guys, and if this is gonna be the kind of service I can expect, then I think it'll probably be my last.
Overpriced and disappointing purchase
The product I bought from this store was a total disappointment. Not only was it too expensive, but the quality was not up to par with other luxury brands like LV or Coach. It was my first and last time shopping here, because I'd rather spend my money on a brand that gives me both quality and style. My experience with this store was really disappointing and I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about the low-quality products they sell.
handbag
I just bought a handbag from this store, and man, I have to say I was pretty let down by the quality of the thing. As soon as I got it, I could see lots of scratches and marks on it, making it seem like it had been used and sent back before. Not cool at all, especially for what I shelled out for it. The whole product was just a mess, and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this store again.
leather bag, disappointed quality
I bought a leather bag from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. After only a few months, the leather started getting all cracked and weird spots that wouldn't come off. On top of that, the customer service was pretty much non-existent. Wish I never spent my money there. I'd suggest going to a more trustworthy company with better customer service next time.
Handbag, disappointing quality
I bought a handbag from your store not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm super bummed out about how bad it turned out to be. I mean, after just a month of carrying it around, the thing fell apart where it was glued together instead of being stitched. Now there's a huge 6-centimeter hole right smack dab in the middle of the bag, making it totally useless. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and even on Instagram, sending over pictures, videos, and my receipt, but no luck. Even though there's supposed to be a two-year warranty for store purchases, they told me they couldn't help fix the bag. Ugh, this whole situation has really made me feel disappointed and annoyed with the low quality and customer service, honestly.
Overpriced boots
Don't waste your money on these boots that cost way too much! I got a pair and after just a few months, the heel material started wearing out because it had no protection. I reached out to the store and they tried fixing it by adding protection, but then a few days later the heel completely tore off because it was hollow inside. The quality of these boots is really bad, especially for the high price of $250. Even the store workers agreed that the quality was awful, with other customers having the same issues with their pricey Furla boots. It's crazy that a well-known brand like this would sell such bad products at such high prices.
Bag and shoes
Hey, I'm Lily and I just have to say, the customer service at that store in Doha is really not great. I got a bag and some cute shoes that needed fixing, but when I asked for help, they basically just blew me off and said they couldn't do anything. Not cool at all. I've been to other stores that sell different brands and they were way more helpful. Hopefully, they step up their game soon!
Bag with No Return Policy
My recent experience with that company's return policy was pretty disappointing, to be honest. I bought a bag that I ended up not liking, and when I tried to return it, I found out they don't do returns on sale items. I thought that was pretty unreasonable and it definitely frustrated me. I reached out to them to see if they could make an exception, but they basically just brushed me off and told me tough luck. It really made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I think customers should be able to return things they're not happy with, no matter if it was on sale or not. Their strict and unsympathetic return policy has definitely made me rethink how I feel about shopping with them in the future.
Top handle bag
I bought this top handle bag from the store, and at first, I was pretty happy with how nice it was. But, like, after using it only three times, the top handle straight up broke. The thing is, this brand isn't even sold in my country, so I tried hitting up their customer service to see if they could send me a replacement D ring through a friend coming from the UK. I sent like a bunch of emails over the span of a month, but got no response at all. It's kind of a bummer to see a brand with such a good rep for making quality stuff drop the ball on taking care of customers like me who have been loyal to them.
Large handbag purchase
I was super pumped when I got my new huge bag! It was super fancy and made me feel like a total fashion queen. But then, oh no, disaster hit. I only rocked it twice and a year later, I noticed that the color on the bottom corners was all worn off. Seriously, what gives?! I took it back to the store and they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for not looking after it better. Um, excuse me, I babied that bag! And now they're saying there's no way to fix it. Ugh, total bummer, not cool at all.
