Mediocre experience with Galactic Toys
I recently had the opportunity to purchase some items from Galactic Toys, and overall, my experience with the company was decent. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the products I was looking for without any issues.
One thing I did notice, however, was that the prices seemed a bit higher compared to other online toy stores. I understand that they may have a larger selection or unique items, but it did make me think twice about making certain purchases.
The shipping was pretty standard, and my items arrived within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was also done well and everything arrived in good condition.
I did have one issue with my order, but the customer service team was prompt and helpful in resolving it. They were able to quickly fix the problem and I was satisfied with the outcome.
Overall, I would say that Galactic Toys is a decent option if you're looking for a wider selection of toys. However, do keep in mind that you may have to pay a bit more for the items. And I did not visit any physical store.10" Mushu figure
I recently bought a 10" Mushu figure from Galactic Toys and man, that thing got to me fast! It came all the way from the US super quickly, which was pretty cool. But I gotta say, I was a little let down by how it was packaged. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap and bouncing around in a big box, so I was worried it might get damaged in transit. Luckily, it arrived safe and sound, but I had to dock one star from my rating because of it. The prices at Galactic Toys were really competitive, especially considering it was coming from the US and still cheaper than most local retailers. In the end though, I'm happy with my purchase and I'd totally order from Galactic Toys again in the future.

Ordering is easy and quick, and I've never had any issues that required reaching out to customer service. The products are top quality, and I love the amount of detail they put into everything. Hey, y'all, forget that other review! Galactic Toys is amazing! I got this totally awesome action figure and it came really quick. The packaging was top-notch and the figure was in great shape. The customer service was super friendly and helpful when I had a question about my order. For sure gonna shop with them again in the future!

I just bought some action figures from this store and it was a pretty good experience. Ordering was easy on their website and customer service answered all my questions. The prices were decent and the shipping was quick and secure. The only bummer was that they don't ship to the UK anymore because of Brexit.

Mandalorian SH Figuarts figure
I bought this Mandalorian SH Figuarts figure from Galactic Toys, but when it arrived, I found out the shoulder was broken and it looked like someone had tried to glue it back together. I contacted customer service, but they wouldn't give me a refund or send me a new figure. It was a real letdown, especially since it cost so much.
Funko Pop figure
Oh my gosh, this store is seriously terrible! I ordered a Funko Pop figure and they managed to lose not one, but TWO of my packages! Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare to get a refund for the first one. And then the second package was supposedly returned because it couldn't be delivered, even though my other orders arrived just fine, can you believe that? I had to wait forever for the refund, and when I realized they never actually issued it, they said it was too late to process. Like, really?! And to top it all off, they won't even send me a replacement! Their customer service is honestly the worst. I've spent a ton of money at that store, and this is how they treat me? Not cool at all.

I recently bought some cool action figures from Galactic Toys, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Their website seemed great at first, with lots of choices, but when I went to preorder some stuff, I found out about this weird rule they have for preorder items. Basically, once something sells out, even if it's a preorder, they take it off the site. So when I went back to check on my preorder, it was gone! It felt like they were tricking me, and I felt pretty annoyed and tricked. Plus, that 20% cancellation fee for preorders? Way too much, seems like they're just trying to rip people off. All in all, I was super bummed about the whole experience at Galactic Toys - they need to step up their game in the honesty and customer service department.
Funko Pop figures
I messed up by going with Galactic Toys instead of a big retailer because I wanted to support a small business. Ordered on a Friday morning with expedited shipping, but they didn't even ship it until Monday afternoon. So, I didn't get my stuff in time for my daughter's birthday on Tuesday. Tried to cancel before it left their warehouse, but they said no and told me I'd have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. So disappointed with their service, such a waste of time and money.

I can't believe I got sucked into their scam! The stuff I got was total garbage and definitely not worth what I forked over. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare - they were useless and totally unprofessional. It's pretty obvious they're just trying to make a quick buck off of people who don't know any better.
Funko Pop purchase
I picked up some Funko Pops from Galactic Toys because they've got a pretty good selection of hard-to-find items. Prices weren't bad, but they really need to work on their packaging. The box had way too much empty space, which resulted in the corners of the Funko Pops getting all banged up during delivery. They do have a nice variety of items, but just be aware that there's a risk of damage when your order is shipped.

I bought a toy from Galactic Toys not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten it. The tracking number they gave me was wrong, so now I'm all confused and annoyed. This whole thing has been a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them because of how sketchy they seem.

I just bought some action figures from this store, and let me tell you, I was super bummed with how things went down. I placed my order, only for the company to turn around and cancel it without so much as a word. They even tried to keep my money! I had to get my bank on the phone to sort things out and finally get my refund. What a whole big mess and completely frustrating. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Plus, they charge a crazy 20% fee for canceling orders. You can only cancel through email, which is a hassle compared to other places with easier cancellation processes. I suggest checking out Crunchyroll store, Amazon, BigBadToyStore, or Amiami for action figures instead.
