I got this order from your company that I didn't need, so I wanted to return it. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through voicemails, emails, and chat, but no one ever got back to me. It was really disappointing and frustrating. But, after I posted a negative review, I was finally able to get in touch with someone from customer service. They told me that I had to either donate or get rid of the products and send proof in order to get a refund. I did what they asked, sent over the proof, and got my refund super quick. I appreciate you guys finally taking care of my issue, but it wasn't cool how long it took for someone to actually respond to me.
Clear skin and great results
Hey guys! I've been using this skincare stuff for about 2 years and it's seriously amazing! At first, I was a little worried because my skin got a bit irritated. But after a few weeks, it cleared up and now my skin looks fantastic! The clear system, hydro gel moisturizer, and clay mask are my favorites. You should definitely give it a try!
