Baby clothes
Amazing experience! The clothes are great quality feels like I just went to Walmart and stocked up for a third of the price with the sale going on I got 50 pieces of clothing for $115 give or take. I was so nervous when I read the reviews. But they must have fixed the problem. The shipping was great. The company emailed me back and kept me informed. My expected baby is set for her first 12 months! Y’all go check out the door busters !!!
Late delivery, unresponsive customer service
I placed an order and got charged immediately, but my stuff didn't get shipped for more than 3 weeks. I tried so many times to cancel, but they said it might be too late. Too late for what? It hasn't even been packed and sent out! In the end, I had to bring the box back myself and wait weeks for my money back. Customer service was only reachable by email, and the phone numbers they provided didn't work. They just kept saying it was 'system issues' preventing them from assisting me.
2 Toddler swim trunks with rash guard
I needed to return 2 items because they did not fit. I got the RA, followed instructions and have confirmation that they got them back on 4/26/21. I have been emailing and trying for WEEKS to get my refund with absolutely NO response from them. Cannot even get a number to call to speak to a real person in customer service.

Nothing positive at all. The service was awful because they use the cheapest FedEx service there is plus the clothes looked like they would fit a doll, not a baby. I was so embarrassed to give these as baby gifts that I went out and got all new clothes. I would have returned them but Gerber is such a cheap company that they wouldn't even pay for shipping and handling and I'm not going to spend another dime on this despicable company. Don't waste your money on cheaply made, teeny, tiny doll clothes that take a really long time to arrive. The excuses from Gerber are always the same too. They should be put out of business.
