This is good
i love how wasy and hassle free this is for me. I can book the car any time and anywhere. the car-sharing platform is really good and helpful for me. there are different option in cars which i can choose and also save my money depending on the selection. Its economical and good for travelling person. on top of that its safe and also secure. The getaround is a compact car service provider with options that start from minivan to luxury cars. I have also booked cars from here for business trips and also for my family trip. The standard is great and the service is awesome. totally recommend!
Perfect condition car, low fuel consumption
The car was in really good shape and didn't use up much gas. I had a good time with it and I'd totally rent it again. But man, I ran into some problems with Getaround Connect. It kept hitting me with errors like "can't connect to the car" when I tried to use it, so I had to hit "try again" a bunch of times. Plus, finding a spot to park in the Barceloneta area when I was returning the car was a real pain.
Easy app usage
The app was super easy to use. Finding and booking a car was a piece of cake. The instructions they gave were really clear and straight to the point, making the whole process really easy. But when I got to the car, it wasn't exactly where the owner said it would be. It wasn't a big deal though, because getting in and out of the car was seamless and hassle-free.
Long week trip
While the car was awesome for our long week trip, we were kinda thrown off by how the inside was much bigger than the outside. In pictures, it seemed smaller, but man, the inside was roomier than expected. Although, we did notice that we had to stop for gas more often than we thought, especially on those long drives. All in all, we had a blast on our trip with the car.
Quick fix for rental car issues
I had a problem with my rental car, but Getaround was really quick to take care of it for me. It's clear they value their customers and want to make sure we're satisfied. I appreciate companies that prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. It makes me want to continue using their services, you feel me?
Affordable car rental alternative
I wasn't sure about this service at first, but I'm really glad I gave it a shot. Up here in northern Norway, the prices for regular car rental were just crazy high. This platform ended up being a lifesaver, with way more affordable prices. Everything went smoothly and easy-peasy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how it all turned out.
Awesome first time rental
The guy we rented from, Alex, was awesome. He always responded quickly whenever we had questions. He even met us at the airport and returning the car was a breeze. The car was amazing - it had not just one, but TWO snow scrapers! Plus, the trunk was huge and fit all our stuff with no problem.
Smooth pickup and excellent car
Working with the team and picking up the car went pretty smoothly, even though there was a delay. The car (which I won't name for privacy reasons) was in really good shape and super fun to drive. Just keep an eye on how much gas it uses since the engine is pretty big.
Car rental experience
I rented a car recently and my experience was kinda mixed. The app was not that easy to use, and it was a bit confusing trying to figure out how to end my reservation. But the checklist at the end was pretty useful - it would have been better if they gave that to me at the beginning, though. Also, the picture scans weren't very clear and didn't always look like the examples they showed.
Deflated tire issue
The car was in pretty good shape overall, but we ran into a problem when one of the tires went flat after just 100km of driving. No matter how much we tried to pump it up, the car kept showing that the tire pressure was low. It's best to get this fixed before renting the car so you don't have any issues.
My recent car rental experience
I just rented a car using this service and I gotta say, it was alright. The app had some issues, like not really tracking the beginning and end of my trip correctly. But the actual car, well, it was kind of dirty but it got the job done and was dependable.
