Easy return process
I was a bit unsure about buying from here at first because of some bad reviews. But you know what? My experience turned out to be pretty good. I decided to return something that was actually in really good shape so I could get a different one. The whole return thing was easy and straightforward. They sent me the new item super fast with next day delivery. A few days after they got my return, I called customer service to double-check everything was good. It did take a bit for them to pick up the phone, but when they did, the person was really helpful in checking on my return. They got my refund processed quick, and I had the money back in my account within a week of the company getting the item. All in all, I had no problems with their service - it was efficient and totally met my needs.
saved so much of my money
For my business meeting, i need to take care of my appearance every time which also includes my hair. Going salon every week is seriously costly. I personally dont know how to fix my hair and get the professional sleek touch. It bits hassle for me, especially when it comes to handling the blower and straighteners. However i bought the set of pink collection from here on my sister's request. Since the lockdown is applied, i decided to try it out, The site has lots of guides and how to do so it was much better in understanding. I tried little by little , i am surprised to know i can actually do it much better than i thought. Also the more i practiced the better look i am getting and thanks to wonderful tutorials, i am saving lots of money on this.

Hair products, hairdryer explosion
Man, I've been using these hair products forever and let me tell ya, they are amazing! But, a few days back, my hairdryer straight up exploded on me! I got a shock and a burn on my wrist, not cool at all. I tried to get in touch with the company, but they haven't really been much help. I mean, I get that my hairdryer was getting up there in age, but I only used it a few times a week! It should've lasted longer, right?
