Love it
I am using the mattress from here and i think i just covered three month period i am having the best sleep of my life right now. Well i was not expecting such good results but it turned out really well for me i ordered the single bed mattress from here and they delivered it at my doorstep it was easy to use and also it fits my bed perfectly. the team helped me when i was choosing the mattress for me . i like it and even i ordered it , the mattress is working amazing .
also there are lots of good things which I dont know how to tell but overall its good for health, good for the wallet and good for perfect sleepMattress substitution and pricing issues
I was pretty upset about the whole situation with the prices not matching up and the lack of consistency when I was trying to switch out my mattress. It was confusing at first, and then all of a sudden the cost went up for no reason when I was just trying to make a simple change. I felt let down and frustrated. But, once I got in touch with Johnathon from the company, everything turned around. He really knew his stuff, helped me out a ton, and gave top-notch customer service. Johnathon took care of the pricing problems and made sure everything went smoothly when I ordered my new bed.
Easy ordering, simple assembly, great sleep
Ordering was so easy and straightforward, making everything simple. The only problem I had was not being able to pick the delivery date myself. Putting everything together was a piece of cake, and by the third night, I was already sleeping like a baby. My only gripe would be that all the instructions were in French, with no English translations provided. But all in all, I would totally recommend this product.
Mattress
I was really let down by my experience with this company. They were super helpful and attentive when they were trying to make a sale, but once they had my money, it was like they forgot all about me. They didn't follow through on the promises they made during the sales pitch, and trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. I felt like they took advantage of me and then just left me hanging. Their lack of follow-through and basic customer service really rubbed me the wrong way. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants a reliable and trustworthy mattress provider.
Uncomfortable mattress purchase
I just bought a mattress from your company, and I gotta say, I am super disappointed with it. The mattress is just not comfortable at all, and we've tried everything to make it better - even a mattress cover and a topper - but nothing seems to work.
Mattress topper ordered two months ago
I ordered this mattress topper thinking it would come pretty quickly, but man was I way off. It's been almost two months and still no sign of it. Every time I try to contact customer service, all they do is feed me some line about being super busy and swear they'll send a tracking number, but it never happens. Feels like they're just dragging me along and using new orders to cover old ones. Super sketchy business if you ask me, not worth dealing with. Stay away!
Mattress
This company is absolutely terrible! They are super sketchy and take forever to get anything done. They always try to wriggle out of giving you a refund if you don't like the mattress. And let's not even talk about how annoying it is that they make you pay for shipping on free items they send you. It's just not cool.
Venus Williams mattress
I was trying to buy the Venus Williams mattress, but it was a complete mess. At first, they claimed they had it available, but then there was a "shipping delay" excuse so they couldn't send it. They suggested getting a different mattress that could be shipped right away instead. However, it's been four days and I still haven't received any tracking details. That doesn't sound like immediate shipping to me! I'm really irritated and about to throw in the towel on this whole ordeal.
Firm mattress purchase
This company is the worst to deal with, I swear. They've got those fake review sites, barely let you return stuff and get your money back, and take away any discounts when you buy other things. And get this - they won't even give you your money back if you mention Costco or some other competitor. The mattress? It might as well be a rock, it's so hard. Total rip off. If I could, I'd totally take them to court for being such sneaky crooks.
Two single beds with drawers and mattress
My partner went and bought two single beds with drawers and a mattress from this company on Amazon. We really should've checked out the reviews beforehand because these beds are just plain garbage. Stay clear, folks!
Broken and damaged mattress
I'm really upset right now. I ordered a new mattress and it arrived all broken and messed up. Seriously, what the heck?! I barely had it for a week and now it's worthless. I dropped over 3K on this thing and now it's basically trash. Can you even believe it?! I'm over it, I'm gonna get my lawyer involved. This is too much. If anyone else went through something like this, speak up. We can't let this go, guys.
Firm high loft pillow
The pillow I got was totally different than what was advertised. It wasn't firm at all and barely had any fluff in it. Getting it sent back was a pain and I ended up having to shell out for shipping. After jumping through hoops, I finally got the go-ahead for the return. But here we are, more than 3 weeks later and still no sign of my refund.
Mattress
My recent purchase of a mattress from your company has been a total nightmare. I tried to finance it but got denied, and then found out that your website took money from my bank account without my permission. When I called customer service right away, they said they couldn't cancel the order and it was already on its way. I said no to the delivery and tried to send the mattress back, but GhostBed by Nature's Sleep wouldn't give me a refund and kept my money. I had to ask my bank for help and wait for a long 120 days to get my money back. This whole thing has been super frustrating and disappointing.
Superking mattress purchase
I was really let down by the superking mattress I got. It showed up all wrapped up in grimy plastic with a musty smell. The edges caved in super easily, making it feel like I was sinking whenever I sat or lay down. It was way too cushy and flimsy - I could even feel the springs poking through, which was why I got a new mattress in the first place. Sleeping on it was a total nightmare, with my head and feet propped up and my body sinking in. After just one night, my back was killing me. The quality overall was just awful, so I wouldn't suggest this mattress to anyone.
