Corporate gifts purchase
I just bought some corporate gifts from this site, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised at all the options they had. They seriously had everything, from personalized stuff to fancy gift baskets. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, and the prices were fair. The site was easy to use, and ordering was a breeze. My order arrived quickly, and the packaging was top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience shopping for corporate gifts on this site.

I ordered a custom mug for my friend's birthday, but it never showed up. When I called customer service, the person I spoke to was not helpful at all, and kind of rude. They couldn't find the order and insisted it was already delivered, even though it definitely wasn't.
Sentimental keepsake purchase
I really wish I had checked reviews before making a purchase from this place. The tracking number they gave me was a joke, and after waiting for weeks with no sign of my package, I decided to ask for help. The response I got was useless and unclear, which just made me more upset. I asked for a real tracking number, but I still haven't heard back. It's really disappointing to see a company using emotional ads to attract customers, only to rip them off. This place should be ashamed of their lack of honesty and customer service.
Smashed contents of gift delivery
The gift I got was a total mess when it arrived - everything was all smashed up because the packaging was terrible. I tried calling the Dublin number twice but got sent to an Indian call center both times. All they said was they could refund the broken stuff, nothing about the items ruined by the wine. My son really tried to give me a nice Christmas present, but it turned out to be a waste of his money. I'm gonna make sure no one else has a disappointing shopping experience like this.
Gift got lost
So I bought this awesome gift for my dad for Father's Day, but it ended up getting lost in the mail. I was so disappointed because I really wanted him to have it on time. I contacted customer service, but they weren't very helpful. They didn't even offer to refund the shipping for the original order, which I thought was pretty disappointing. It seemed like they didn't care that my dad never received his gift. Not to mention, the shipping was painfully slow, so even if it hadn't been lost, it still wouldn't have made it on time. Overall, I was really unimpressed with the whole thing.
Personalized backpack order
I just ordered a custom backpack from this shop as a birthday gift and man, did I have a bad time with their customer service. The package was super late and turns out they only use a shipping service that doesn't let you speed things up or pick it up. When I reached out for help, they basically told me tough luck. I really wish I had looked into this store more before buying, because I would've gone somewhere else for sure.
Personalized photo frame
My interaction with the customer service at this store was pretty disappointing. The employees seemed all over the place and not very professional. I had to wait forever just to get some help, and when I finally did, the person didn't even know much about what they were selling. It was super frustrating and really made me wonder if the stuff they have is any good. I definitely wouldn't suggest coming here if you want an easy and quick shopping trip.
Gift item
I am so upset about my experience with this company. I still haven't gotten the gift I bought, and I haven't gotten any updates on where it is. And to make things worse, I got disconnected three times when I called to ask about my order. This customer service is just not okay, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. They really need to do better with how they communicate and fulfill orders.
Wooden house name sign for brother-in-law's anniversary
I recently bought a wooden house name sign for my brother-in-law's 30th wedding anniversary. It cost over $100 with expedited shipping to the US, where they live. Sadly, the sign didn't show up when it was supposed to, causing us to miss celebrating the anniversary. When I contacted the company, they said they lost the order, even though they still had all the details. I decided to reorder the same sign, but then had to deal with another three-week delay without any updates from Gifts.com. After reaching out again, they finally got back to me and said they couldn't provide the item anymore. They offered a credit note or refund, and I chose the refund. Now I'm just waiting to see if it actually shows up in my account. I really wish I had looked into the company's background before buying from them, and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

Oh my gosh, never buy from this place! I ordered the cutest necklace online two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I tried tracking it but it's like it vanished. I even called them but the number is no good. They gotta be scammers because their social media pages are also gone. So annoying!
