Compensation for lost package
So I had this problem where UPS lost my package during shipping. It wasn't totally their fault, but I decided to contact the folks at GOAT for help. I was really impressed with how helpful and professional the support team was. They walked me through everything and made sure I got reimbursed for the lost package. I'm really thankful for their assistance and I appreciate all the time and effort they put in to fix this problem for me. I definitely suggest reaching out to the GOAT support team if you ever have delivery issues.

I just bought some sneakers from this online store and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience on this platform.
Purchased shoes
I was really excited about trying out this website because my friend told me how awesome it was. She bought some shoes and loved them. But man, my experience was a total bummer. I tried to order twice, and both times they got canceled with no reason why. I tried to ask customer service what was up, but I never heard back from them. It's super annoying how they don't bother to keep you in the loop. Now I'm not feeling too great about using this site again.

Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes on GOAT, but they sent me the wrong size. Dealing with the return has been such a headache - they keep asking me to send photos, and it's been a hassle getting it right. I've been trying to follow up, but all I get are generic email replies. It's been a total nightmare. They've already taken multiple payments from my bank account for shoes I can't even use. I'm so frustrated and worried I might just have to chalk this up as a loss.
