Mediocre experience with Gobi
I've been using Gobi for a few months now and overall, my experience has been pretty decent. The company offers a wide range of products, from clothing to electronics and home goods. The prices are generally reasonable and they often have sales and discounts available.
One thing I appreciate about Gobi is their fast shipping. I've never had to wait more than a few days for my items to arrive, and they offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The packaging is always neat and secure, and I haven't had any issues with damaged or missing items.
The website is easy to navigate and the search function is pretty accurate. I've had a few instances where the product description didn't match the item I received, but customer service was quick to resolve the issue and even offered a small refund for the inconvenience.
The product quality is hit or miss. Some of the items I've ordered have been great, but others have been flimsy or poorly made. I've had a few pieces of clothing fall apart after just a few wears, but then again, I've also found some really nice clothes that have held up well.

They have a wide variety of stuff for men, women, and kids, and the prices are actually pretty reasonable. The shipping was quick, the quality is top-notch, and the clothes are super soft - perfect for staying warm and comfy during the winter. The only thing that was a little confusing was the sizing chart, but I just stuck to my usual size (XS, S, M, L) and it worked out great. For example, the XS Bralette Organic color fit my 31-inch bust perfectly and had some stretch for adjustments.

Item arrived damaged, lack of customer support
I bought something online and it showed up messed up. I attempted to reach out to customer service, but no luck - the phone number was useless and the chat option was no good since it wasn't live. It's annoying when you spend money on something and it shows up all messed up, but it's even more frustrating when you can't get the help you need to fix the problem.
Flimsy material
I'm really bummed about my purchase from this company. The stuff they used is super cheap, and the seams fell apart after just three wears. I tried getting in touch with customer service to get it fixed or replaced, but they never got back to me. Seems like this company doesn't care at all about their stuff being good quality or making customers happy. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else.
Sweater purchase
I had a really bad experience with the sweater I bought recently. It was low quality and the size was all wrong - way smaller than I expected. I tried to return it, but the whole process was a mess and hard to figure out. And to top it off, the customer service number they gave me wasn't even real. I'm really unhappy with how everything went down and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
