Men's Sterling ring with CZ
This company is a scam. They claim delivery is within a week and did state they're having SLIGHT delays in deliveries due to COVID-19.
Yet, once I placed my order, and they immediately took payment for the ring... two days later they stated that "due to COVID" they are experiencing delays in production and that a delay of Several Weeks (which can mean months) is what I should expect. IF this were the actual case, then they need to be CLEAR and up front, at the actual time of ordering, that it is going to be delayed by several weeks (possibly months) before the product (which I have already paid for) will be sent...

I have demanded they cancel the order and fully refund me for the purchase; I can order a ring of superior quality from Zales Jewelry without delays and for about the same amount of money... and have it delivered to me within 3-5 business days.
