Excellent products
I had been part of Goruck challenge Lovely experience being civilian as never experience such hard training with 40 kgs load but i enjoyed and also checked my strength
Unfortunately backups are of high quality ,normally not prepared by other manufacturers
Rucker brand bag plus few more items like Padded shoulder strap and apparels Noticeable is all products qualities are slightly different then normal products Load Capacity and comfort of bag is nicely designed by manufacturer Idea also shared by ex military personal ,probably this could be the reason In fact I don't know exactly but when gone through the details about company, just guessingI/O trainers on closeout
I bought some I/O trainers on sale but had to send them back since the holes for the laces were causing discomfort on my foot. The customer service was helpful in answering my questions before I returned them. I actually liked the shoes a lot because they were great quality overall. Besides the trainers, I also got a Rucker 3.0 and a 30lb weight, both of which were really top-notch. When I asked about different color options for the Rucker, the customer service team got back to me quickly.
High-quality, American-made gear
I just bought some really solid American gear that has totally blown me away. It wasn't cheap, but man, the quality and toughness of these products make it totally worth the price. I've been putting them through the wringer and they're holding up like a champ, showing off their durability and top-notch construction. And knowing they're made right here in the USA is a big plus for me - I always like supporting local businesses and goods.
High-quality bags
I just bought these really nice bags and let me tell you, they feel like they're gonna last forever. The quality is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Canvas duffle bag
Customer service really needs to step it up. I tried to change my shipping address right after I placed my order, but had a hard time getting through to them and they took forever to respond. They did eventually agree to ship it to the new address, but the whole thing was just really frustrating.
Bag and weight purchase
I ordered a bag and a weight from this place. The bag came no problem, but the weight got sent to my neighbors and I never received it. Fed ex and GoRuck both claim they delivered it, but I swear I never saw it. Fed ex didn't even bother to investigate after I called them 3 times. When I contacted GoRuck for help, they seemed to just disappear. So now I have a small bag that cost me a lot, haha. If you're considering making a purchase, I recommend trying Rogue and opting for UPS or USPS for delivery instead.
On the positive side, GoRuck finally got back to me and they're sending me another weight. Their customer service was actually pretty good. Hopefully they won't use Fed Ex this time, as that seems to be where the issue lies. I've heard great things about GoRuck, so I'll still give them credit for their fantastic bag.
