DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Especially if the product is from Lucy and Lyla. They will not send you what you purchase and will not respond to your emails or give you a refund. I ordered something in November of 2020 and still have not received it or a refund. I have sent them numerous emails without one single response. This company needs to be shut down.

Purchased a sweater dress through groupdealz from Lucy and Lyla. Still have never received my item I’ve sent an email to both groupdealz and Lucy and Lyla with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Buyer beware. I will be putting in a request from PayPal to receive a refund and dispute the transaction
Never received orders took months to get someone To acknowledge the numerous emails that I sent, finally received a refund after three months, and I ordered again and after a month and a half still haven’t received my order. Customer service is horrible
Really cute items, but if an item is sold by Lucy & Lyla or Laynie Jayne their shipping time is HORRIBLE. They have taken over a month to send me an item I purchased. 1 time i was missing an item & they didn’t acknowledge it, I had to & I have not received a refund yet after sending multiple emails.
I have asked about 5 times to get a payment for a deal ran months and months ago and nothing. I have been set up on automatic payments and have not had a problem of getting paid on deals (with the exception of fraud orders on some deals, in that case I get wrong payments), but this deal was before the autopay and it is impossible to get paid for it by asking Holly, who does the accounting for a payment. Making a public review helps and submitting complaints on BBB is the only way I get any help. Why does it take more than just a company email to finally get paid? Please send us our owed payment!
