All of my products are great quality, and the company is very professional. Great customer service and they are very prompt about answering any questions you have about your order. I highly recommend this website for good prices and everything I have bought has been great! You won't be disappointed.
Expensive item, never received, vendor cancellation
I bought this really pricey thing but it never came. I've been trying to get in touch with the seller by sending emails and even reaching out to Groopdealz on their website and Instagram, but no luck. Finally, the seller told me my order was canceled because Groopdealz didn't pay them. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back from Groopdealz.
cute shirt
I ordered this really cute shirt from this one place, but man, it's taking forever to get to me! They told me it would be shipped within 7-10 days, but it's been way more than that now. I've tried reaching out to them three times through their website and email, but no response. Couldn't even get through on their phone numbers! I used to shop from them all the time, but now I'm starting to wonder if they're still legit. Such a pain!
Cute earrings and hair accessories
I bought these adorable earrings and hair accessories from a website recently and man, what a mess! I never got my order and when I tried to contact customer service...crickets. It's like they took my cash and ghosted. So frustrating! Definitely not shopping there again.
Two items
I ordered two things - the cheap one showed up, but the fancy one never did. I tried reaching out so many times, but I never heard back. It's like they vanished! So frustrating! I ended up calling my credit card company to deal with it. Man, I should've checked the reviews first before shopping here.
Shirts from Lucy and Lyla
Placed 2 orders from Lucy and Lyla. One in October, one in January. Have not received the items and have not received any communication back when I’ve emailed multiple times.

I’m done buying from this company. I have sent numerous emails about my orders and why they have not been sent and to Lucy and Lyla without any response from either. I’m very frustrated in the customer response.

Never received it. Tried to email customer support and comes back undeliverable. I feel scammed. This review wouldn’t let me give less than two stars.
Sweater dress
Purchased a sweater dress through groupdealz from Lucy and Lyla. Still have never received my item I’ve sent an email to both groupdealz and Lucy and Lyla with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Buyer beware. I will be putting in a request from PayPal to receive a refund and dispute the transaction
T-shirts and sweatshirts
Never received orders took months to get someone To acknowledge the numerous emails that I sent, finally received a refund after three months, and I ordered again and after a month and a half still haven’t received my order. Customer service is horrible
Numerous items
Really cute items, but if an item is sold by Lucy & Lyla or Laynie Jayne their shipping time is HORRIBLE. They have taken over a month to send me an item I purchased. 1 time i was missing an item & they didn’t acknowledge it, I had to & I have not received a refund yet after sending multiple emails.
