Mi Robot Vacuum - Mop
The product that I received was malfunctioning, so I contacted them for the RMA process, and they send me an email with the procedure:
"Dear ,if you want to return parcel and return money:
1、Send product pictures or video to us .
2、We will paid for the return cost ,but we need you send tracking number ,shipping cost invoice and paypal account ,we will return the shipping cost to you .
3、 When we recieved product ,we will return full money to you .

I've checked all the requirements that they had, but they didn't do their part of the deal, I only received the product money back, but not the return cost as they advertised in their return procedure.Expensive tech gadget
At the beginning, I was all ready to slam this company with a one-star rating. It felt like forever for my pricey tech toy to show up. The post office swore up and down that they had dropped it off, but it turns out it got shipped to the wrong place. Man, was I mad and felt like I had just thrown my money away. But when I got in touch with their customer service, man, they were surprisingly cool and helpful. They busted their butts to hunt down my package and make sure I got it. Finally, after a bunch of back and forth, I finally got my hands on that cool gadget I wanted so badly. Even though the whole thing was a hot mess, gotta give credit where it's due - their customer service team really saved the day.
Sorority items purchased
I bought a couple of things from Gshopper not too long ago and had a bit of a bumpy ride. I placed my order over two weeks ago, and after some hiccups with availability, one of the items was finally sent out. The tracking number they gave me didn't show any new info for days, which was getting on my nerves. I reached out to customer service via email to cancel my order, but I ended up holding off a little longer just in case. Thankfully, both items did end up getting delivered. All in all, they look pretty good and I'm looking forward to rocking them.

Projector
Ordered a projector (Fengmi S5) which was available in the European warehouse, after more than three weeks the product was yet not shipped, I would have done it sooner to buy it from China. At last I requested a refund via PayPal and I'm really angry for the time I spent waiting and now I have to find it somewhere else.
If you don't have the product in stock there's no point in fooling your customers by wasting their time and money.Soft and Cozy Leggings
I was really surprised by how good these leggings are for the price. They fit true to size and are just the right amount of snug. The material is super soft and cozy, inside and out. They seem to be well-made and the quality is impressive. I got the navy color and it looks just like it did in the pictures online. I love wearing these leggings and if they hold up well after a few washes, I'll definitely be buying more for winter.
Great value for money items
I don't usually leave reviews for stuff I buy online, but I gotta shout out Gshopper for really coming through with some awesome products. I make sure to try things out first before sharing my thoughts, and I gotta say, these items are top-notch for the price. Super impressed with the quality and how well they work.

Orthopedic sneakers
It seems to me that their return policy is almost impossible to abide by. in today's world 14 days is not enough. Especially given the time for shipping.
I received the shoes. Didn't open for a few days, then I tried them on and they were too large. I set them aside for return and went on vacation. I forgot about them for a week or two and now its almost 30 days since I received them.
They are too big, I won't be able to wear them, nor can I exchange them for a smaller size. They have no brand markings on them anywhere and the shoe is really not high quality.

I have ordered a phone from them, but I am still waiting to send me the tracking no...umber. they do not reply back to any request. i am very frustated. if i knew about the terrible poor service they offer, I would not have offered anyhting from them.
