Essential Oils Clear Skin
I had a lot of pimples on my face that made me feel self-conscious about going out. My cousin suggested I try using essential oils for a month. I was amazed that by the third week, my skin was already looking so much better. After a month, my face was clear and smooth, with only a few pimples left. I definitely suggest giving this product a try if you're dealing with acne.
Diffuser purchase
I bought a diffuser from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I didn't get any email updates after I placed my order until more than three weeks later when they said it was out for delivery. But guess what? I never got a delivery confirmation, and when I checked the order status, it said they tried to deliver it, even though I was home all day and no one came. Customer service didn't help at all, no solutions or promises of a redelivery, just left me feeling frustrated and let down.
Aromatherapy diffuser purchase
My experience with the aromatherapy diffuser I bought kinda sucked. When it showed up, it looked like it had been through a lot, and it didn't work right. So, I tried to get help from customer service, but they weren't very helpful and didn't take responsibility for the messed-up product. It's obvious they don't really care about making sure things are good quality or making customers happy. In the end, I was pretty bummed out about my purchase and the way they handled things.

Subscription mouthwash purchase
The mouthwash was actually really good and got the job done. But the whole subscription thing was kind of a downer. Like, I got three orders before at a fair price, but the last one was way more expensive because of some random shipping fees. No heads up or anything about the cost change, so I was totally caught off guard. I reached out to the company, but haven't heard back yet. Because of this surprise price hike, I'm gonna go ahead and cancel my subscription.
Cinnamon oil pulling mouthwash
The customer service at this company is terrible! I had to return a product and they wanted me to pay 18 bucks just to ship it back. I've been a loyal customer for two years, buying two bottles a month, and they treated me so rudely. It's sad to have to cut ties with a company I used to like, but I can't accept being treated so poorly.

I bought a diffuser and some lavender essential oil from this company and honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. They charged me for the stuff but I never got it. I tried contacting their customer service in four different ways but didn't hear back at all. It's just not cool to not communicate or take responsibility. I felt totally disregarded and like they were just trying to scam me.
