Return Process
When it comes to sending stuff back to this company, I suggest you hang on to that tracking number. I sent something back not too long ago and it's been three weeks now. They're saying they haven't gotten it yet and I still haven't been refunded. It's not even really about the money, it's more about the principle. If the tracking says it's on its way back, they should just give me my money back right away.
Size-inclusive clothing
Haband always comes through with quality stuff at good prices. I like that they have a bunch of choices in my size, so I can find clothes that actually fit and look nice. I can count on them for top-notch products, it really helps me feel good about what I'm buying. Whenever I need new clothes, I know I can rely on them to give me a great deal.

Wow, these Heather blue and grey pants with drawstring elastic waist are just perfect for golf! They're so light, cool, and fit like a dream. The two front pockets and rear pocket are super convenient. I'm absolutely loving these pants and will definitely be wearing them on the course all the time.

I've been shopping at this store for a while now, picking up clothing and accessories, and I gotta say, the stuff is really top-notch and always shows up right on time. But, when it comes to customer service, I do think there's some room for improvement.
Xmas gift order
I ordered my mom a Christmas gift back on 11/23/21, but it never arrived, and they didn't even bother to let me know it was on backorder. Every time I asked, they just kept saying it would take 6-8 days, but now it's already 12/9/21 and still no sign of that package. Today I tried to cancel, but they hit me with the "too late, already being processed" line. So frustrating! I'm thinking of calling my credit card company to demand a refund and refusing the delivery whenever it decides to show up. Good thing I can just swing by Kohl's, grab something nice for my mom, and mail it off today so she doesn't miss out on Christmas.
Affordable basics with free shipping threshold
I recently bought some stuff from this company 'cause they had free shipping for orders over a certain amount. The prices were good, but I was kinda bummed 'cause it took forever for my stuff to show up. It took over two weeks, way longer than I thought. And when I tried to make a change to my order right after I placed it, I couldn't get ahold of customer service and ended up not being able to make any changes.

I ordered some clothes from this company, but they never showed up. I got charged for the order, but when I asked about it, they said the shipping label was made but the stuff wasn't shipped. The customer service person told me I'd get a refund, but it's been weeks and I haven't seen a dime. It's frustrating to keep getting different answers and false promises.
Clothing order for my father
Haband.com seriously dropped the ball on customer service. It's ridiculous how high the shipping fees are, even though my dad has been shopping there forever. And don't even get me started on their exchange policies - they're just plain crazy. The shipping costs ended up being more than what we bought, and to top it off, two items were backordered and the mediums we ordered were way too big. When we tried to exchange for the right size, the customer service folks wanted to charge us extra for shipping, basically doubling the total cost. It's so frustrating how inflexible and unhelpful they were, especially considering it was their mistake in the first place.
Clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this company, and man, let me tell you, I was totally bummed out by the quality. The jeans I got were like paper-thin, and the whole hidden elastic thing they had going on was a flop. And don't even get me started on the flannel shirts - those snaps were popping open left and right! Plus, their customer service stinks. They make you pay to send stuff back, no matter what's wrong with it. And when I tried to email them about my issues, I got crickets. Ended up having to call their hotline, only to talk to reps reading off scripts halfway across the world. Bummer, man.

I just bought something from this store that I used to love, but it's under new management now. I was really let down by the stuff I got - the prices have doubled and the clothes are not as good. The customer service used to be great, but now it's not the same. I think I'll start shopping somewhere else for my clothes.
Misleading order, delayed refund
I bought some stuff from this company thinking I'd get it quick, but man, it's been a mess. I never got what I ordered even though they said it was sent. I've been trying to get my $75.76 back since April but no luck. It's July now and still no refund. Every time I call customer service, they just give me the runaround and it's making me mad and let down.
Winter jacket
I recently bought a winter jacket online, but when it showed up, I was super bummed. I thought I was getting a solid color jacket, but instead, it was two-tone. To make things worse, the picture on the website was totally wrong. So, I decided to return it, but was surprised to see they were going to dock $9.98 for shipping on the return label. I was frustrated, so I reached out to customer service, but ended up talking to someone outside of the US. I asked for a return label with postage already paid since it was their mistake. But, after waiting for 10 days, still no label. When I followed up, they said I wouldn't get my refund until at least 3 weeks after they got the item back. As an elderly person who needs a winter jacket to keep warm during the cold months, this whole experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Slow shipping and multiple charges
I just bought something from this company and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The shipping took forever and on top of that, I noticed they charged my card multiple times for the same order. It was a real pain to sort out. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all. Honestly, I'd recommend looking somewhere else if you want a smoother shopping experience.
Casual Jersey knit slacks
I'd been a loyal customer for years, but I was pretty bummed about my recent experience with the casual Jersey knit slacks. I bought a bunch of them to get a better deal, but when I opened the package, they just fell apart. I returned them right away with all the info they needed, but then I heard nothing back. When I called customer service, they said they couldn't help me because it wasn't a recent purchase. It was frustrating because the slacks were brand new and never worn. It was a real bummer to be treated that way.
