    I have been waiting for over two months to get delivery of "IN STOCK" shorts. I keep checking and keep getting the same asinine answer:
    "We apologize for the delay. We are in the process of relocating our fulfillment center and this is causing some unexpected delays. We will send your information to a specialist to have this looked into and get the order shipped to you as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks"

    They can repeat this excuse a thousand times and it doesn’t change the fact that an order is taking 1-2 MONTHS to be delivered!

    In my working life I worked for two different companies that shipped BILLIONS of dollars worth of product every year. We were constantly moving and expanding distribution centers, upgrading computer systems and adding/deleting SKU’s.  We never missed a beat.  I don’t understand how anyone can stay in business missing months worth of shipments.

    In my knowledgeable opinion, the person in charge of this should be fired.  This is incompetence and gross mis-management of the highest degree.

    I wil NEVER, NEVER do business with them again!

    Ordering online wasn't a problem. Trying to get an answer out of their in-ept employees is another. It's been almost three weeks and my order hasn't even been processed. They just send out the same stupid form letter no matter what you ask. They take no time into helping you individually with your problem. Their asinine excuse in their continuous form letters about moving their distribution center is entirely unacceptable. They are a half baked company with pathetic customer service. Once I get my order, I will never order from them again. To avoid a huge headache, stay away from Haband.

    I bought a woman's large and they fit so perfectly it is like they were tailored for just me in size L. They are chic, feminine and soft but rugged enough to wear often. I will wear them this summer until they fall off me. The fit is truly awesome, well worth the price and wait.

    That's the thing about Haband which makes me come back again. They consistently create and sew a superior, conservative and well designed fashion.

    The clothes you eventually receive are nice quality. Once you've checked out your order, more often than not you'll be notified that the item is on backorder. Wait times can be extensive. I've currently been waiting 3 MONTHS for two pair of pants. Approximately once per month I receive a notification that it's going to be yet one more month.

    Pants are sewn so bad and made so cheaply. size is way off and lopsided jeans. Cannot be worn. hats wear crushed upon delivery because they placed the cheaply made hats in a bag

    This review is written for my 94-year-old mother who received notification dated January 15, 2021 and received on January 25 that an item she ordered on December 12, 2020 was on backorder. The order was cancelled and a refund requested on February 12. I was told the order could not be cancelled because the item was ready to ship. The pants were received two weeks later and returned immediately. However, her refund has yet to be received even though the company was contacted on March 5, April 22 and May 10. Haband has no problem accepting your money , getting it back is very time consuming. Their customer service is appalling.

    I would never do business with this company again. Ordered 4 items, which I returned. I didn't like the cut, fabric and they seemed outdated.
    The return shipping label was accidentally thrown out; with this label you can return things for $10. I emailed them asking to email me a label. They responded but didn't answer the question. Then I called and was told they couldn't email the label. So I paid $16 to return the items priority mail. It's been a month and they just now acknowledged they received the return items. Still waiting for credit on my credit card. May have to do a dispute.

    Do Not Order From These rip-off people. The clothing is made so horribly that you cannot wear it. Custimer service ignores your requst and act like you don't exist. Prices too high for cheap clothing.

    3 pairs of men’s pants

    I placed an order weeks ago for 3 pairs of pants. They used my money right away, but I have never received the merchandise. I have been told numerous things like they are at my local post office, would receive such and such a date. Never happened. I have called their customer service several times. I get someone in the Philippines, and they can tell me nothing. On Monday I will file a claim with my bank to try and get my money back. I have been a Haband customer for years, but their service has went downhill. Please beware everyone. No more orders to Haband for me.

    The clothes are fine. When ordering online when you checkout they tell you that you have qualified for a 15% discount on shipping on your next order. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. They charge you $14.97 per month it in the small print on the next window and they sign you up automatically without your permission. It should be illegal. If my mother didn't buy all her clothes from here would never put in another order.

    Women sandals and mens Tote Jacket

    Delivery is the worse ever experience. Return a jacket for exhange and after 10 weeks of changing the delivery date, they acknowledged it was lost. Expect refund in 5 days...yes sure.
    Ordered white women sandals, received multi colored. Returned item and took two months to confirm a refund.
    Customer service is impossible to reach a live person....many multi prompts and misdirection.
    End of my relationship with HABAND and BLAIR.

    Purple draw string pants

    Ordered these purple draw string pants to go with a top. Upon washing them, they shrunk 3 inches in length. I returned them, but have written to them three times asking if all the pants shrink or what. All I get is a message telling me how to return an item. Has anyone else had this problem of pants shrinking in length? I really would like to know.
