Haband keeps spamming me and I can't get them to stop. When I ask pornographers to not send me email no they stop immediately. Apparently hayband doesn't have the ethics of a ... peddler

I have a major issue with paying for SHIPPING TWICE... the jeans were WAY too large, returned them according to their directions, they are refunding the money paid for the jeans, BUT, also charging me shipping to RETURN the jeans.... that is a very poor business practice... if you enclose a return label, we should not have to pay again...

I have been waiting for over two months to get delivery of "IN STOCK" shorts. I keep checking and keep getting the same asinine answer:
"We apologize for the delay. We are in the process of relocating our fulfillment center and this is causing some unexpected delays. We will send your information to a specialist to have this looked into and get the order shipped to you as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks"
They can repeat this excuse a thousand times and it doesn’t change the fact that an order is taking 1-2 MONTHS to be delivered!
In my working life I worked for two different companies that shipped BILLIONS of dollars worth of product every year. We were constantly moving and expanding distribution centers, upgrading computer systems and adding/deleting SKU’s. We never missed a beat. I don’t understand how anyone can stay in business missing months worth of shipments.
In my knowledgeable opinion, the person in charge of this should be fired. This is incompetence and gross mis-management of the highest degree.

Ordering online wasn't a problem. Trying to get an answer out of their in-ept employees is another. It's been almost three weeks and my order hasn't even been processed. They just send out the same stupid form letter no matter what you ask. They take no time into helping you individually with your problem. Their asinine excuse in their continuous form letters about moving their distribution center is entirely unacceptable. They are a half baked company with pathetic customer service. Once I get my order, I will never order from them again. To avoid a huge headache, stay away from Haband.

WHEN WILL HABAND START TO SELL THEIR ORIGINAL COLOR TAN MOCCASINS AGAIN INSTEAD OF FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS THE NEW TAN IS NOT EVEN TAN AT ALL. WHAT THE HELL EVER HAPPEN THE THE ORIGINAL TAN MOCCASINS. STOP SENDING OUT ORDERS THE CUSTOMERS DIDN'T ORDER AT ALL.

I bought a woman's large and they fit so perfectly it is like they were tailored for just me in size L. They are chic, feminine and soft but rugged enough to wear often. I will wear them this summer until they fall off me. The fit is truly awesome, well worth the price and wait.
That's the thing about Haband which makes me come back again. They consistently create and sew a superior, conservative and well designed fashion.Shirts pants
The clothes you eventually receive are nice quality. Once you've checked out your order, more often than not you'll be notified that the item is on backorder. Wait times can be extensive. I've currently been waiting 3 MONTHS for two pair of pants. Approximately once per month I receive a notification that it's going to be yet one more month.

This review is written for my 94-year-old mother who received notification dated January 15, 2021 and received on January 25 that an item she ordered on December 12, 2020 was on backorder. The order was cancelled and a refund requested on February 12. I was told the order could not be cancelled because the item was ready to ship. The pants were received two weeks later and returned immediately. However, her refund has yet to be received even though the company was contacted on March 5, April 22 and May 10. Haband has no problem accepting your money , getting it back is very time consuming. Their customer service is appalling.

I would never do business with this company again. Ordered 4 items, which I returned. I didn't like the cut, fabric and they seemed outdated.
The return shipping label was accidentally thrown out; with this label you can return things for $10. I emailed them asking to email me a label. They responded but didn't answer the question. Then I called and was told they couldn't email the label. So I paid $16 to return the items priority mail. It's been a month and they just now acknowledged they received the return items. Still waiting for credit on my credit card. May have to do a dispute.Do Not Order From These rip-off people. The clothing is made so horribly that you cannot wear it. Custimer service ignores your requst and act like you don't exist. Prices too high for cheap clothing.
Pants are sewn so bad and made so cheaply. size is way off and lopsided jeans. Cannot be worn. hats wear crushed upon delivery because they placed the cheaply made hats in a bag
