I bought a pair of socks at this store because I needed them for a fashion event. The quality and design were great, but I was bummed to learn they don't do returns. They didn't tell me about this policy before I bought them, so now I'm feeling pretty annoyed.
Colorful and fun socks
I got these really cute socks that are so colorful and well made. They're a great way to liven up any outfit. I totally suggest them as a cool and different gift for someone.
Three pairs of socks received as a gift for Christmas
My time at the store wasn't great. I got three pairs of socks as a Christmas present, but when I tried to swap them at the store, they said I had to do it online. I tried reaching out to customer service on their website, but I never heard back. It's frustrating to feel like nobody cared about my problem and that customer service wasn't there to help me out.

Rainbow socks
I got these really awesome rainbow socks, but they came in all messed up and damaged. I reached out FOUR times to complain about it, and I even asked again, but I didn't get any response at all. It's just not cool for a big company to treat its customers like that.
Cute socks
Man, I was really loving these socks when I first got my hands on them. So cute! But seriously, I only wore them a few times and they already had holes. I tried to reach out to customer service for a refund, but no luck. They needed proof and I couldn't provide it. Ugh, frustrating! Had no choice but to toss them out and basically throw my money away. Such a shame, the quality was terrible.
5 sets of socks
I went to the store the other day to return a pack of socks I bought, but it didn't go so well. When I asked the lady working there which packs were on sale, she said they were all discounted. But when I checked my receipt later on, I saw that one pack was actually full price. I felt kind of cheated and let down by the customer service. Also, one of the packs I got ended up being just one pair of socks and a weird long stocking thing, which wasn't what I wanted at all.
Socks size mishap
I bought some socks in sizes M9-11, but they sent me M4.5-7.5 instead. And now they want me to pay to send it back! Like, seriously? They messed up and expect me to fix it. It's so frustrating, man. My dad, nephew, and brother all wear bigger sizes, so it's a complete letdown. They don't take any responsibility for their screw-up or care about their customers. It's just bad service all around.
15 pairs of socks
I just bought 15 pairs of socks, but man, they were a major letdown. Every single pair started falling apart at the heel way too soon. Honestly, these socks are the worst quality I've ever seen. Even the ones you can get at a regular store hold up better. The only good things were the bright colors and they actually fit well.
Hidden customs fees for Switzerland
I was really upset with how things went down when I ordered from this company. I went on their website to place my order, and nowhere did it mention anything about possible customs fees. The checkout and order confirmation both said "Shipping & Handling" and "Tax" were CHF 0.00. So you can imagine my surprise when I found out I had to pay extra for customs fees and post office charges, making my total order cost go up by 25%. And to top it all off, the package I got from them was poorly sealed, which led to it opening up during delivery and getting sent to the post's "Letter Clinic" for damaged mail. This whole ordeal pushed back the delivery by 10 days, just adding to my frustration.
Socks and underwear
I got these really awesome socks and underwear on the 26th of January. They were supposed to show up on the 30th, but guess what? It's the 31st and still no sign of them! The tracking number says they're stuck at the distribution center. I've tried reaching out through emails and the chat on their site, but no luck! The chat just gives me some useless robot that can't do anything!! So annoying 😤 No package or support in sight, what a waste of money 🤬
Fun socks, limited locations
This company really needs to get their act together. The socks are super cute and stylish, but good luck trying to find a store nearby or figuring out their website. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's a total joke. Having customers jump through hoops just to return a pair of socks is ridiculous. They seriously need to step up their game if they want to keep people coming back.
