Skin cream purchase
I went to pick up some skin cream at the store, and let me tell you, the people there were just amazing! There was a lady named Reshma who asked me all sorts of questions about my skin and my daily routine to help me find the perfect cream. She even used an app to check the health of my skin, how cool is that?! Then she tested out a bunch of different creams to see which one worked best for me. Reshma and another lady named Valbona were so friendly and welcoming, they even invited me to an event in April! Valbona also helped me set up a Harrods Beauty account and introduced me to the fragrance team who helped me pick out a perfume that I really liked. Overall, everyone there made me feel like a princess with how caring and welcoming they were.
Makeup and skincare purchase
The customer service at this store is just amazing! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. I was really impressed by the rewards program they have. I think it’s so cool that they give you points for recycling your empty makeup and skincare containers—it’s such a smart and forward-thinking idea. And getting free samples with my purchase was a nice bonus that made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back because my experience was so positive overall. Big thank you to Katy and Eileen for being so patient and helpful throughout my visit.
Lovely hoodie
I bought the yellow color hoodie from here. It looked really good and the color was really different than i usually go for. So i bought the hoodie from here. I am glad to see that i got the exact color that i saw it , however its costly as compare to others i bought. Also the price is little bit more than the actual thing
Talking about the hoodie. its great and comfortable in wearing . Also the oversized hoodie looks cool and the color is really awesome. The cloth needs machine wash and avoid doing tumble dry, Apart from this everything is greatBeauty products
I went to a store not too long ago and had a really great time shopping. The people working there were super helpful and know what they were talking about. They gave me some good advice without being too pushy, and even showed me some other options to consider. It made shopping easy and fun. The prices were pretty good compared to other stores, but the service I got was top-notch. Plus, they gave me some samples to try before buying anything, which was awesome. I left feeling really happy and will definitely be going back for more shopping in the future.

I recently got my watch serviced at this spot and I gotta say, the people working there are awesome. Sundus was amazing! She knew exactly what my watch required and gave me great service with a smile. Her professionalism and ability to communicate were spot on.

I recently stopped by h beauty lakeside and got some great help from Ioanna and Donatella. They really treated me like a VIP as soon as I walked in. They took the time to find the perfect color for me and gave me a fabulous makeover with products from different brands. Their expertise in beauty products was really amazing, and they knew just what to recommend based on what I like. The service I received from Ioanna and Donatella was top-notch, which is why I always go to Harrods for all my beauty needs.
Skin care products purchase
Let me tell you, I had the best time at this fancy department store. The lady, Mina, was absolutely amazing in giving me top-notch service. She really knew her stuff and helped me choose the perfect skin care products. I left feeling like a million bucks, all thanks to her expert advice. The store is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they only sell top-quality stuff. If you're into luxury beauty products, this is definitely the spot to check out. I highly recommend it!
Skincare consultation and facial booking
Karen at the skincare counter was amazing! She knew so much about the products and really listened to what I needed for my skin. I could tell she really cared about finding me the right products. She not only explained everything in detail, but she also went out of her way to help me schedule a facial right then and there. It was such a personalized and thoughtful experience that I really valued. Thank you, Karen, for your outstanding service!
Awesome skin advice
I stopped by this store and there was this really awesome lady named Lynette at the skin stuff counter. She completely hooked me up with exactly what my face was craving. Lynette knew everything about the products and my friend and I were thrilled with her assistance. I'm already looking forward to going back and catching up with her again!
Men's formal wear purchase
The service I got at this place was amazing. The staff really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me some great advice.
