Foundation and makeup products
So, I was super excited to go to Harvey Nichols to buy some Charlotte Tilbury makeup. But when I tried it on my chin, the colors weren't really helping me figure out if it was a good match for my whole face. The lady there wasn't much help in applying it all over. But then, this really cool lady named Ammaara from the Nars counter came to the rescue! She talked to me about all my skin concerns and tested out different products like foundation, blush, bronzer, concealer, and more. She even put foundation on one whole side of my face so I could see how it looked! Ammaara knew her stuff and explained everything about each product she used. She showed me how to apply them and the benefits they offered. She totally saved my makeup shopping day!
Online order and return
I just wanted to share that I ordered some stuff online from Harvey Nichols, and I gotta say, they really delivered in terms of speedy service. The whole ordering process was smooth sailing, and my items arrived in no time. I did have to return a couple of things, but that was a breeze too - got my refund back in my bank account in just 9 days. Overall, really happy with my online shopping experience at Harvey Nichols and will definitely be a repeat customer.
Return process
I had to return something because it didn't fit right. Didn't have the delivery note or receipt, but I did have my PayPal reference. I emailed customer service and an actual human got back to me within an hour - can you believe it? They sent me a return label and set up a collection super quickly. It was nice to have a real person helping me out instead of those cookie-cutter responses.
Designer pair of trainers
I just went shopping and scored this awesome pair of designer sneakers at the store. The guy assisting me was super friendly and all, but it threw me off when he wanted my card info over the phone. Seriously, it's 2021 - shouldn't they have a safer method for that by now? Felt like I was stuck in a time capsule or something. Step it up, Harvey Nichols!
Purchased a high-end fashion item
My trip to Harvey Nichols was kind of a rollercoaster. I bought this fancy fashion thing, but when it showed up, a part of it was MIA. I hit up customer service right away to sort it out, and they said they'd look into it. But six weeks went by, crickets. I had to bug them again, letting them know I was pretty bummed with the radio silence on that missing piece. Finally, they offered me some cash back, but I wasn't exactly jumping for joy about it.
Mother's Day gift
I went to the store to get my mom a gift, and the lady who helped me was super nice and easy to talk to. She found some really cool things for me, and I had a blast shopping there. I read some negative reviews online, but my personal experience was fantastic!
Perfume for my mom
I went to this fancy store with my mom to help her choose a perfume for her birthday. We met this really cool lady named Mandy who worked in the perfume department. Mandy was awesome and didn't rush my mom at all. She knew a lot about all the different scents and helped us find the perfect one. It was a fun time hanging out in the store.
