    Mixed experiences with Hat Club

    As an avid hat collector, I've purchased from Hat Club a few times and overall, my experiences have been pretty decent. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of hats. The prices are on par with other retailers, maybe even a little cheaper in some cases.

    One thing I really appreciate is their fast shipping. I've never had to wait more than a few days for my order to arrive, which is great. The quality of the hats has been good as well. I've had a few for over a year now and they're still in great shape.

    I will say that their customer service could be better. I had an issue with a hat I received and it took a few emails back and forth to get it resolved. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did take a little longer than I would have liked.

    Overall, I'm satisfied with my experiences with Hat Club. They have a good selection and decent prices, and as long as you don't mind potentially needing to use their customer service, I'd say they're worth checking out for your hat needs.

    I recently bought a baseball cap from the store and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The cap came dirty under the brim with some shoddy stitching, which was a letdown considering how much I paid for it. When I tried to exchange it online, I was only offered a refund but would have to cover the cost of shipping it back. I shot them an email sharing my frustration and all they said was that the hat wasn't considered defective. They told me to send it back for someone to review it, and I might still have to pay for the return shipping if they didn't find any issues. I believe that as a customer, I should get a top-notch product when shelling out a certain amount of cash, and when problems arise, I should get good customer service in return.

    Misaligned brim cap

    I just bought a cap from Hat Club, and I have to say, I'm really bummed about it. The brim is all wonky and crooked, so I can't even wear it. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they haven't been able to help me out at all. On top of that, I had to pay a ton for shipping since I'm international, and now they want to hit me with a restocking fee to send back this messed up cap. All I want is a new one, but it seems like they don't really care about keeping customers happy. This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't be shopping at Hat Club again. If you're in the same boat as me, I'd recommend finding another place to get your hats from.
