I have tried many times to contact you to no avail.
I am most terribly disappointed, such neglect and bad service, this would not happen here in England. I have paid for my goods and you have my goods and my money.
I certainly wish to be refunded immediately and will not be shopping with you again.

It happened to me too. I order the item on 07th November 2020 till today 07 January 2021 it never arrived. I tried to contact them but they did not want to refund me. They just said the item is on the way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
