    Outdoor furniture set

    I bought some outdoor furniture from this store not too long ago. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great time with it. When I tried to pay for my order, I got messages saying my payment couldn't go through, even though my card showed two pending charges. This caused my order to get canceled not just once, but twice. After seeing that other customers had similar issues, I've decided to steer clear of shopping there in the future.

    Annoying marketing emails

    I messed up by ordering from this company and now I can't shake off their irritating marketing emails. I've tried unsubscribing, blocking them, but they keep getting into my inbox. It's really annoying to always see their lame deals and promotions. It's like they can't take a hint that I'm not interested in buying from them.

    Console table purchase.

    I just bought a console table and, man, what a bummer - it showed up all beat up. Like, both edges and every corner of the tabletop were dinged during shipping. Plus, the plastic bag with all the screws was ripped apart and some pieces were even gone. I tried to get a replacement through customer service, but the second one they sent me was messed up too. I opened a ticket with them, but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back.

    I ordered these really cute chairs and they showed up all broken. I was so disappointed! I contacted the company and they were just like, "Sorry, we can't give you a partial refund, but you can return it." Ugh, how frustrating! Why send me broken stuff in the first place? Not cool at all.

    I bought a patio furniture set from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the quality of what I got. But man, let me tell you, I was so annoyed when they started bombarding me with spam emails every single day after my purchase. I tried to unsubscribe but it was a total fail. Dealing with that nonsense was beyond frustrating. I've decided I won't be doing business with them again because of their spammy ways, and it seems like I'm not the only one feeling this way based on other reviews I've seen. It's a real bummer because the furniture was actually pretty good, but the spam totally ruined the whole thing.

    Area rug purchase

    I just bought a area rug online and overall, it was a good experience. I ordered it on October 15 and got it on October 23rd, so it arrived pretty quickly. The company sent me helpful emails throughout the whole process. The rug came in a secure package and was in perfect shape. It looks just like the picture and fits nicely under my dining table. The only downside was that the return policy wasn't clear before I bought it, and I got confused when I received an email saying it was backordered but it actually shipped that same day.

    Unsolicited spam emails

    Hayneedle won't stop clogging my inbox with spam emails every day, even though I've never bought anything from them and live in a different country. I tried to contact them through Google, but the link they gave me just sent me to a blank page. Clicking on the unsubscribe links in their emails didn't work either, the spam kept coming. This aggressive, scammy marketing is just plain stupid. How do they think they can gain trust by bombarding people with unwanted emails?

    Indoor dining table set

    I recently bought a dining table set from this store, but I was pretty disappointed with how things turned out. The delivery took way longer than expected, and when I finally got my hands on the table, it was damaged. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but I didn't get much support.     Cool bean bag chair.

    I got this bean bag chair that looked so cool in the picture, but when it showed up it was totally different! I sent them pics and a bunch of emails, and finally they owned up to their mistake. They said I could get my money back but I had to pay to ship it back. Man, what a letdown, I spent so much time on this.

    Outdoor furniture purchase

    I just don't understand why people are hating on Hayneedle, I think they're great! I recently got a bunch of stuff from them - an awesome outdoor sectional, a dining table for outside, chair cushions, side table, folding chairs, trellises, and covers for all my outdoor furniture. And you know what? Everything arrived on time, was really nice quality, and looked just like the pictures online. I did have a little issue with one of the chair covers having a rip in it, probably from someone getting a little too carried away with a box cutter. But when I reached out to customer service, they were fantastic! They offered to send me a new cover or give me a refund right away. Pretty cool, huh?

    Barcolounger with in-room delivery

    My experience with Hayneedle was pretty disappointing. I decided to buy a Barcolounger with in-room delivery, thinking it would be easy and convenient. But it turned out to be the opposite. When I got the email saying my order was on its way, things started to go downhill. The customer service was no help at all when I tried to find out where my shipment was. The product just sat in a warehouse for 5 days before being sent to the wrong delivery service. I had to make a lot of phone calls before finally getting my order, but it was just left on my curb instead of being brought inside like they promised. And to top it off, the couch was damaged by the delivery forklift, so I had to lug it inside before it started raining. Although Hayneedle did give me a 30% discount for the damage and refunded the extra $99 I paid for in-room delivery, the whole ordeal was a headache. I wouldn't recommend Hayneedle to anyone because of their unreliable drop shipping process and lack of control over the delivery service. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    TV cabinet purchase

    I recently bought a TV cabinet from this online store and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how it turned out. The instructions for putting it together were confusing and the hardware didn't tighten properly, so now the middle vertical pieces are taller than the thinner ones, making the top of the cabinet uneven. It's definitely not what I was hoping for and I'm pretty frustrated with the quality of the product.
