Excellent products
Unfortunately HBX is a one stop point for family and friends.I am living in Mumbai since 2015 and associated with HBX since then.
This is useless to talk about quality of apparels,shoes and other important accessories.That is USP of HBX, pleasant colors either T-shirts ,shirts,winter apparels .My worries is cost factor at some accessories like wallets,belts or card holders, backpack etc.Even in offer periods where 20 percent to 70 percents they offer to customers,said accessories still very costly.Probably I am not a technical person ,so failing to understand materials used,stitched or whole processing.But this area is a concern particularly for me.Rest as I wrote I am a regular customer of apparels from HBX since long time and I have no issue as on date.Maison Mihara Yasuhiro Baker Lows
I just want to share my experience as a first-time customer at this online store - it was awesome! Received a defective item
I received my order and it was actually broken. So, I tried reaching out to them for help via email but didn't hear back for a whole week. After sending a few more emails, I finally got a response. The package arrived quickly, but the communication afterwards was pretty lousy. Luckily, the customer service team contacted me and it turned out that their emails were ending up in my spam folder. I'm bumping up my rating to 4 stars, but still waiting for them to fix the issue.

MM6 Maison Margiela sweater purchase
