COMPANY IS A FAKE

Pajamas, Robe and Headband
Spent hundreds on 1 pajama top/bottom and 1 robe. Pajamas split in multiple places and fell apart after ONE wear, robe looked cheap after one wash. Literally, took ONE MONTH to receive my order, they said the shipping was so delayed due to the monogram I added on, and then when my order finally arrived it was wrong, and had no monogram. IN TOTAL MY ORDER TOOK ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE, THEN FELL APART AND WAS FOREVER 21 QUALITY. This company is a mess, prices deplorable and quality insulting. No exaggeration, this was the worst purchase I made in all of 2019. Literally. $300+ down the drain. Cannot believe they are in business.

Their customer service is terrible. I would need to send four emails to get a single response. By the time they would finally get back to me what I had ordered was out of stock and the whole customer service nightmare would resume. There was no number to call. Eventually I disputed the charge on my credit card because my robe never arrived.
