Great collections
Well,collections are good.Updated designs in market . Fantastic colors,fine fittings , affordable prices timely delivery. This was my previous review when I had received parcel courier as committed at the time of booking
But this time my bookings of midi and leggings still not delivered .I was told over phone same will be delivered by Thursday but where is courier?
Delay delivery is not a crime particularly now a days when everything is going slow and slow but timely communication is important.
You should update me why I should ask every time.
Even I can't cancel my order because booked items are of my favorites.Stunning customer service
This was such an amazing experience! I sent an email to their support team and they got back to me super fast. They were able to solve my issue right away. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the support team member who assisted me. They were really understanding and on top of things. After this, I'm definitely sticking with them as a customer for life!
Cute dresses but didn't work for me
These dresses were really cute, but they just didn't fit me well. Marissa from customer service was amazing! She made my returns super easy and always replied to my emails quickly, adding a smiley face emoji. I love HelloMolly not only for their adorable clothes but also because of Marissa's fantastic customer service!
