Good quality Good price
Excellent work of finishing , though these items are not so common .I purchased from my nearest store.In fact such precious items should prefer to buy direct from stores.
All communications ,selections, policies and finally prices taken through online.Earlier almost one year back one wedding band I purchased similarly from Helzberg store .This was a great selection in 14 k rose gold ,and few days back I have purchased blue topaz diamond bracelet sterling silver.Great looks,seems long lasting item. One thing is to be described here,that is friendly behavior of Helzberg team. All policies are very clear,no hidden factors .Apart from online terms and conditions guidelines ,they also discuss openly about everything related to purchase , doesn't matter what is cost.Engagement ring resizing and custom jewelry experience
Helzberg can be a bit inconsistent depending on who you get to assist you. Luckily, there are two employees at my local store who I really trust and have been going to for years. They're incredible and always treat me like a valued customer. However, the custom jewelry fair they occasionally put on is pretty disappointing. The choices are limited and it doesn't feel like a truly personalized experience. It took a couple of attempts to get my grandma's stones set in a wedding band. I even ended up losing 3 diamonds because the prongs were too fragile. But, all in all, if you find the right employee, your shopping experience will be much better.
Necklace return
The guy at the store was terrible! He was so rude when I tried to return a necklace. He made me feel awful. I'm never coming back to this place!
