    Durable and Efficient Bags with Room for Improvement in Variety

    As a client of Herschel, I have had an overall positive experience with the company. The quality of their products, specifically their backpacks and duffel bags, is exceptional. The materials used are durable and have held up well over time, even with daily use.

    The online ordering process is also seamless and efficient. My items have always been shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, their customer service team is responsive and helpful when I've had any questions or issues.

    One thing I would like to see improvement on is their product variety. While they have a good selection of bags, I would like to see more options in terms of colors and designs.

    Overall, I am satisfied with my experience as a client of Herschel and would recommend their products to others.

    Commuter backpack too small

    I got this super cool backpack but it turned out to be too small for my laptop. Bummer, right? I had to return it. The process was such a pain - they wouldn't let me do it in-store, so I had to ship it back. I ended up shelling out $18 for shipping! I kept checking in with them, but they just kept saying they were too busy to refund me. It's been ages and still no sign of my money. Total rip-off!

    Backpack I bought

    This place is seriously the worst, I swear! I tried calling for help and couldn't get through to anyone. Then I tried the live chat, but they said there was no one available. And let's not even talk about emailing them - no response at all! It's like they don't give a darn about us customers. I spent a ton of money on their products, you'd think they'd have decent customer service, right? But nope, just a load of garbage.

    Medium Trade case purchase

    I bought the Medium Trade case and it got totally wrecked when I used it for the first time. Even though it's under warranty, I haven't gotten any response from Herschel regarding my warranty claim or any of the emails I've sent. Their customer service is seriously disappointing, so I've resorted to commenting on their social media hoping to get some help. The product's low quality is just made worse by their terrible customer service. I've never dealt with a company that's so unprofessional and unresponsive. My advice is to steer clear of their products because you'll not only waste your money but also a ton of time trying to resolve any issues.

    Backpack with faulty buckle

    The backpack is actually really nice, but there's a problem with the buckle. I snagged it for a good deal on their site, so I can't send it back.     Backpack Purchase

    I just bought a backpack online and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the misleading info I got at checkout. I needed the backpack by a certain date, but apparently the delivery date they gave me was just an estimate, not a guarantee. That lack of clarity is not cool at all and really puts a bad light on how this company does business.
