Earphone
I ordered a set of earphones from HiFiGo, but one of the earpieces had a loose cable plug, causing it to disconnect from the cable and fall while outside which risked cracks and damage. Due to this, it was unsafe to use the earphones as it could fall with the slightest movement.
I contacted HiFiGo about this issue and they provided me with details for a return from the UK to their warehouse in China. The return was received surprisingly fast. The condition was that if the item was confirmed defective by the manufacturer, the shipping cost for my return would be refunded and a replacement sent. If it was not confirmed defective, the shipping cost would not be refunded.
Instead, HiFiGo quickly shipped out a replacement and refunded my shipping cost without processing the item to the manufacturer first. They wanted me to receive the replacement as soon as possible without any further potential delays from the manufacturer.

Hey there! So, I gotta tell you about this awesome site called HiFiGo. They've got some top-notch audio gear like in-ear monitors, DACs, and amps. As someone who's really into music and sound quality, I love how they have such a wide variety of products that suit my needs perfectly. And the fact that they're not based in Europe is a bonus because it means I can save on taxes. I purchased a black + Gold set of the Z12's. I love them, they are very comfortable. More comfortable that Moondrop Kato for me.
Soundstage + tuning + overall delivery is very enjoyable, not harsh or fatiguing.
I also have purchased a Yinyoo balanced cable and communication ... customer support proved to be excellent with HiFiGO!
I was thinking of purchasing the "Letshuoer x Z Reviews Chimera Cable” as it is beautiful and very versatile with interchangeable 3.5mm and 2.5 + 4.4mm balanced plugs included.
I have two Dap’s iBasso DX170 ... also Fiio M11pro ... the Z12’s compliment them both.
I would say that they are my favourite ... most enjoyable IEM. I think that they look awesome too!

I ordered the new DUNU Glacier IEMs from HiFiGo, as they had them for sale at a far cheaper price than I could find locally in the UK (approximately £320 saving!)
I ordered on a Friday evening, the IEMs were dispatched on Monday, and arrived at my door the following Monday (10 days total, but this did include 2 weekends). This was using their "Priority" shipping service, which was free for my order, and included all taxes and duty so there was nothing extra to pay when they arrived in the UK.
The IEMs arrived in a thick cardboard box, without any damage and sound amazing. I highly recommend HiFiGo, and I'll be buying a DAC from them as well using the reward points I earned with my last order!Awesome shipping and service

Flash sale purchase of audio equipment
I gotta tell you, I scored some awesome deals on the Gustard X16 and H16 during a flash sale over at HiFiGo. The X16 showed up a little late because of production problems, but the H16 came not long after. Let me tell you, both of these gadgets have blown me away, especially for how cheap they were. OTG cable purchase for Chord MoJo 2
I just bought an OTG cable to hook up my iPhone 11 to my Chord MoJo 2 instead of going for the Apple Camera adapter. The cable is top-notch quality and fits even better than my usual USB C cable. Portable audio equipment and accessories purchase
Hifigo is awesome for picking up portable audio gear and accessories at better prices than UK stores. What really got me was that they handle all the taxes in the shipping costs, so the prices you see are the prices you pay. The delivery wasn't too bad either, my stuff got to me in about a week or two from China, and they gave me a tracking number so I could keep an eye on it. But the real winner here for me was their top-notch customer service - quick, polite, and super helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I ordered the iem above and I had absolutely zero problems. Lowest price, kind and helpful support, oh, and immediate customer support when needed. I got my iems without a single problem and enjoy them since, so much more detailed than my previous set. It made me fall in love with many albums because it sounded so much better than I could remember. I really can recommend this IEM and especially the store, go support them. There isnt a problem with customs or shipping delay either, so really a good experience.
Headphones purchase
I bought some headphones from this store recently and I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about it. The prices were good and my order got to me pretty quickly, so that was cool. But lemme tell ya, if you're in Europe, this place might not be the best choice. Dealing with shipping from China and lack of customer protection can be a headache. If there's an issue with your order, you might end up having to send it back to China and pay a bunch of fees, which could end up costing more than the product itself. Plus, their customer service might have some trouble with language barriers when it comes to serious problems, making the whole experience more frustrating than satisfying.
Baldr 2 IEMs

I bought a pricier transportable headphone DAC/AMP on HifiGo, after some time I smelled the smell of dead and contacted them. The Support is fast, competent and solved my problem while beeing polite. Definetly would buy there again.
Shanling M8 purchase
I'm a returning customer and I have to say, I am really happy with the service I got from HiFiGo. Buying the Shanling M8 was super easy and quick. Bought a bunch of cool audio stuff
I got myself a fancy DAC, some awesome headphones, cool cables, and even a clock cable (not sure what that's for). Everything is working great and I am really excited about my new setup. The support team was super helpful and the delivery was super fast, well, at least within China. It's great not having to stress about finding high-quality audio gear in my own country.
