The bag is perfect for travellers
I like to travel and also its my job too. I have to visit different countries for my work and i don't have the time to manage my bag , i need something which has enough space to get everything in it and laso teh handy part is must

I just got this outdoor backpack from this store, but man, I gotta say I'm really let down. I ordered it a whole week ago and according to UPS, it still hasn't even left the warehouse! I've tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times, but they're not getting back to me at all. Now both the store and UPS are pointing fingers at each other, and I'm stuck here feeling annoyed and not knowing when I'll actually get my hands on my order.
Rolling backpack with California cancer warning
So I bought this rolling backpack and it had a California cancer warning label on it, which was not mentioned on the website when I bought it. I tried to ask customer service about which part of the bag had DEHP and how much, but they never got back to me. When I tried to write a review sharing my worries, they said it didn't fit their guidelines. High Sierra didn't provide all the info I needed, ignored my questions, and only wants good reviews. This was my first and final time buying from them, and I'm going to make sure my friends know about their lack of info and bad customer service.
