Mixed feelings about HolistaPet's customer service
I've been using HolistaPet products for my furry companion for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with them. I came across the company while searching for all-natural options for my pet's supplements and was drawn to the fact that their products are made with organic and non-GMO ingredients.
I've been giving my pet the CBD oil for pets and I've noticed a significant improvement in their anxiety levels. I was skeptical at first, but I've seen firsthand the positive effects it has had. I also appreciate that the dosage instructions are clearly labeled on the packaging.
I've also tried their joint and mobility support chews and they seem to be helping with my pet's arthritis. They love the taste and it's easy to give them as a treat.
One downside is that the prices are a bit on the higher side, but I think it's worth it for the quality of the ingredients. I also wish they offered a wider variety of products, but what they do offer seems to be effective.

Cat CBD oil for 14-year-old cat with spinalosis
My cat is 14 years old and suffers from spinalosis, that's what the vet called it. Poor thing cries if you touch his back in the wrong spot. The vet recommended pain meds, but I was worried he'd get hooked. So, we decided to give CBD oil a shot. After using it for a few months, I can touch his back without him yelping in pain. Cat allergy relief purchase
My cat, Esther, had allergies so I used this product to wipe her down and prevent her from itching. I wish I had thought to give it to her internally as well. Sadly, she passed away unexpectedly. I just got a new order in, but I'm considering giving it to my friend's cat instead and recommending your website to her. Thanks for helping ease Esther's discomfort.
Auto shipment management
I've bought a few things from this company for auto shipments and I'm having trouble managing my delivery dates. I've been trying to change my auto shipment dates online by emailing them multiple times, but I haven't gotten a good response. Places like Chewy and Amazon let you change auto shipment dates yourself, but Holistapet doesn't have that option. Having to contact customer service every time I need to make a simple change is annoying and inconvenient. I even tried calling the number on the site, but no one picked up. As a customer, I want things to be quick and easy, and Holistapet isn't meeting those expectations.
Hard Treats For Cats
The treats are amazing, my cat can't get enough of them, they are totally awesome! But the staff there are not helpful at all. I tried to order things online and the website was so confusing, I couldn't even enter my payment information correctly. And when I reached out for assistance, nobody responded to my calls or emails! Why can't they just be friendly and helpful? Why is it so hard to make a purchase? They really need to improve their website and customer service so I can continue buying these treats for my cat.
