Faucet purchase
I bought a faucet from this company and man, I was really let down by the whole thing. I was expecting to get the exact model and brand that I ordered, but they sent me a completely different product from some other brand. And to top it off, when I tried reaching out to customer service through email, I never even got a response.
Showerhead purchase
I ordered this really cute showerhead online, you know? But they totally didn't even send it to me! And when I asked about it, they just gave me some fake tracking number. Plus, they never even bothered to respond to my emails! I tried to get a refund, but it was like talking to a wall. So not cool, man.
Shower systems ordered
Oh man, I ordered two shower systems a while back, and can you believe it? They both arrived broken! I requested a refund of $320, and they said they would give it to me. But now, every week I have to bug them about my money, and all they keep saying is that it's coming soon. Seriously, are they trying to pull a fast one on me or what? I'm actually considering taking legal action against them. I'd recommend staying away from this store, folks!
