    Alabama Tral Gaiter Circle Y

    I searched everywhere to buy the Circle Y ALabamaTrail Gaiter. I could not find one anywhere. An acquaintance told me about Horsesaddle Shop. I had never heard of them. First I bought their saddle fitting tool. It said this saddle would be right for my horse. But, I did not know this company, I did not know of anyone who purchased a saddle from them and it took me a very long time to save that much money. I was afraid of being taken. I felt I was taking a big chance. After speaking with Charle on Thursday, I paid for the saddle. In this day and age, I was so scared. I felt I had just made a horrible mistake. I was afraid I would lose my money and my horse would never get a saddle that fit him. Then on Saturday, it arrived by Fed Ex. Two days earlier than expected. It was beautiful, it fit my horse perfect, but most importantly, was the service I received from Horsesaddle shop. I’m sorry I ever doubted them, just because I did not know the company. I can not recommend them enough. More than true to their word. Best business hands down.

    Boots are so good

    i bought the boots for my father and he loved it ! i mean i loved it too!! There are lots of reasons why i like shopping from here. they are offering really good price for what the boots i am buying, also they have the good ordering too
    i have witnessed the whole headache of shopping even the site is good still there are so many issues caused during the shopping. But not with this one, i bought the boots at affordable cost and i am glad i did

    Saddle Fenders

    I ordered Big Horn Cordura replacement saddle fenders. The fenders came quickly but were missing a blevins buckle slide. I contacted Horse Saddle Shop. I was instructed to send and email and picture and they would look around the shop and see if they could find one. I did as instructed and received no further response from them. Order # 96386.

    I called on a Friday 01/07/22 had a few questions spoke with a gentleman named Josh, (up beat and kind) he gave me his personal contact number and I told him I'd be back in touch, and I'd be shopping his site over the weekend. Later that evening, I found a saddle I liked and hubby placed the order. All is good, Saturday I called thinking I could get ahold of Josh, the lady stated he would be off till Monday, " can I help you". Sure, I explained we had placed an order and I wanted to make sure we had done it correctly and I wasn't sure what free gift we had selected blah blah and we had not received a receipt or an order number. She was polite and answered minimal questions, but ,she seemed apprehensive for some reason ( I was thinking, she didn't want to step on any toes being I had spoke with Josh the day before) but, I still felt like I came out of the call without any security ya know.. So, hubby and I watched videos on their page owing and awing over the beautiful selections and realized the "Josh" I was talking to Friday was actually the person in the videos ( I was excited, thinking I had a personal connecting a lil ) Anyways... Monday rolls around I'm excited to chat with my friend Josh and let him know I had chosen a saddle and see if there were maybe any extras I may need to order and see what my eta would be.. I call ask to speak to Josh , he answers and I tell him who I am and he says nothing, but "yeah" or something to that effect. Okay.. he's not near as excited as I am. The phone was staticky and I apologize saying " I'm sorry do you hear that"? and his reply was " Yes, I do, lets get on with it, what do you what" . I was planning on asking if I should call back and get a better connection .. But, who the ... wants to talk to someone with that attitude? Rude .... I was like okay.. sir, I was curious as to what kind eta would be on my order (knowing it would be extensive) and I had not received any confirmation.. He says late July or Aug 2022. I was like okay, well thank you..
    I was really disheartened by the delay, but, more offended by the tone and the disregard to me as a person, let alone a paying customer. I got off the phone puzzled, and offended. I told my husband what had happened and he immediately told me to cancel the order we'd go somewhere else . I would have waited for the saddle to be made, I would have waited with some dignity too if I had been treated with respect.. But, the bipolar episode wasn't something I could deal with.. I am no sheltered pampered lady ... I am a cop, and been a cop for 20 years I have been there done that. But, I refuse to pay someone to be rude to me.. I ended up finding my saddle ready to ship with the help of Circle Y and the new saddle shop J & B and it will be delivered next week.. When I called to cancel, one lady was nice and polite and said she'd send an email confirming cancelation.. A day goes by and nothing... I call this morning and explain I had not received anything showing an order or cancellation, this being a whole different female and she was snippy... says "it's here, I see if is in drafts it just wasn't sent".. I'll tell blah blah to do it .. good grief people take a chill pill.. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone period...
