    I sent my Smartwatch GT3 in to get fixed because the screen broke when I was using it for open water swimming. I paid almost 100€ for the repair estimate. After waiting for almost 2 months without hearing anything, they sent it back to me supposedly fixed. But, surprise surprise, when I tested it, it filled with seawater like an aquarium. I sent it back right away because it was clearly the technical service's fault. Now, it's been over 3 months and I still haven't heard anything from them. The customer service keeps giving me the runaround, saying they're sending it back and apologizing, but I still don't have my fixed device or a replacement. If I had known, I would have taken it to an unofficial repair shop instead.
