I have been a loyal client of Huda Beauty for several years now, and I have consistently been impressed with the quality of their products. From their iconic liquid lipsticks to their eyeshadow palettes, I have found that their products are long-lasting, highly pigmented, and easy to apply.

I love makeup and I'm always looking for top-notch products to add to my beauty stash. I recently splurged on some goodies from this brand and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The eyeshadows are super pigmented and they actually stay put all day, which is hard to find these days. I didn't even have to bother with a primer, which is a major win for me. As for their customer service, they've been super helpful every time I've had an issue with my order. Even when packages went missing or arrived damaged, they made things right in a jiffy. All in all, I'm thrilled with my experience and can't wait to shop with them again.
Eyeshadow palette
My experience ordering from this company was pretty good. They did keep me updated about possible delays and the customer service folks were really nice and helpful. I placed my order on November 30th and got it on December 8th. Everything was in good shape, nothing missing or broken. I would have given them 5 stars, but they told me they sent an order confirmation with tracking info and I never got it. Another rep told me my package was still at the warehouse the next day. It took 6 days to finally get that confirmation and tracking info, and then 2 days for Yodel to deliver it.
Highlighted discount issue
I ran into a little problem trying to get the discount at first, but the customer service folks were on it right away and got it sorted out for me. So now I was able to go ahead and place my order with the discount. I can't wait to try out the product! It's obvious that this company really cares about their customers and believes in their products. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how fast and helpful they were in fixing the issue.
Eyeshadow palette, liquid lipstick, mascara
I absolutely adore that eyeshadow palette! The colors are so vibrant and blend like a dream. And don't even get me started on the liquid lipstick - it lasts all day without making my lips feel like the desert. Oh, and the mascara? It makes my lashes look long and full without any clumps. I've given other brands a shot, but nothing comes close to the top-notch quality of these products!
Lipstick and eyeshadow palette
I’ve bought from here a few times and everything has always been good. My orders came fast and were packed up really well. They kept me updated with tracking info the whole time so I always knew where my package was. I haven’t had to talk to customer service yet so I can’t say anything about that.
Faux Filler extra shine lip gloss
I was seriously blown away by my recent purchase of the Faux Filler extra shine lip gloss. Everything from ordering to communication and delivery was just top-notch. On top of that, I got 2 free products and the lip gloss totally knocked my socks off. A small amount goes a long way with this stuff, plus the color was just right for me. I'm really happy I went with ordering two!
Eyeshadows, lip liners, loose powders
The pigments in these eyeshadows, lip liners, and loose powders are seriously top-notch. The colors are so vibrant and they really last, making my makeup look pop. Plus, the brand always has good sales going on, which makes it easier to test out new stuff. I can't wait to give their base products and Kayali perfume line a go next!
Replacement order
Customer service was amazing when they handled my replacement order that never showed up. Even though there were problems with the delivery service at first, they quickly responded and got a new order sent out. I was impressed by how efficient they were, especially during such a hectic time for retail.
