Suit and tie
I just bought a suit and tie from this store and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how great they were. The suit fit me like a glove and the tie really finished off the whole look. The materials they used were top of the line, you could tell they paid attention to every little detail in the stitching and design. When I wore the suit, I felt really confident and stylish, and I got a bunch of compliments from my coworkers and friends. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for some high-quality menswear.
Two recent online orders.
I just made two purchases online and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got from this company. They sent out my stuff right away and it showed up super quick thanks to UPS. It's clear that this company takes their order fulfillment seriously and it definitely matches their reputation for being top-notch. Great quality clothing, always satisfied
I've been shopping at this store for more than a year now and have bought quite a few things. I find the online store really easy to use, and the clothes are always super nice. The quality is top-notch, and the styles are really unique and trendy. I've never been let down by my purchases and plan to keep coming back as a happy customer.
Watch Purchase
I just bought a watch from the store over at Metrocentre Newcastle. The guy helping me out, Tony, was super helpful and really made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I'd totally suggest this place to anyone looking for a cool watch.
Shoes falling apart
The customer service was terrible, my partner's shoes literally fell apart after just a few wears. I contacted the company and all they gave me was a lame apology. The quality really needs to be improved, especially considering how much we paid for them. I'm definitely going to check my consumer rights on this because it's just not right.
T-shirt gift from wife
I just got this awesome t-shirt as a gift from my wife, and man, it's top-notch quality with a cool design. I was so pumped about it that I decided to order some more stuff from them. But let me tell you, things went downhill real quick. I placed my order, but the package just vanished into thin air! When I reached out to customer service, they told me it would take 22 to 24 days to sort it out. That long wait left me feeling let down and frustrated, for sure.
Faulty eau de toilette
I recently bought a bottle of eau de toilette that ended up being defective because it wouldn't spray right after a while. I tried reaching out to Customer Services through email to talk about the problem and file a complaint, but I haven't heard back at all. I also tried calling multiple times, but I just got put on hold for a long time and then disconnected. It's really frustrating that a well-known company would treat me like this and not give better customer service. It makes me feel undervalued. Unfortunately, I won't be buying anything from them again.
Jeans and tops
The prices at that place are so outrageous, and let me tell you about the clothes - they're trash. Those jeans I got? The button came off after barely wearing them, and all the tops got these little holes in them from the fabric breaking. It's frustrating because they do have some cute stuff, but it's obvious that whoever's in charge there is just trying to make a quick profit.
Leather shoes purchased
I recently purchased these leather shoes from a popular store. They were supposed to be top-notch quality made of real leather. Sadly, the color started to fade after only a few times wearing them. I tried talking to customer service for help, but they didn't do much. It was a letdown overall.
Online purchase of clothing
I just bought some clothes online and ran into a big problem with the delivery. Even though I gave them the right address when I ordered, they ended up sending my stuff to my old place. So when I reached out to customer service to fix it, they were no help at all! The person I talked to basically said it was my fault. But my correct address was clearly on the invoice! They wouldn't own up to their mistake or make things right. It was so frustrating to be treated like that, especially when I just wanted to get what I paid for. The customer service was so unprofessional and lacked accountability, which left me super disappointed with the whole experience.
Bad after sales service
I bought something and tried to get my money back, but they said no refunds, only store credit. I argued that it wasn't right, but they didn't budge and even suggested taking legal action. Isn't that rude?
Recent suit purchase
I just bought a suit at the store, but ran into a problem - the color of the trousers didn't match the jacket. When I talked to the assistant manager at the Edinburgh store about it, he was super rude and aggressive. He acted like I was bothering him by mentioning the issue, and it was really disappointing. Now, I'm not sure if I want to shop at that store again after that bad experience.
Blazer purchase
The blazer I got from that store was a total dud. It was super low quality and had a bunch of defects. When I went to return it, the customer service was a nightmare. They totally made me feel like I was the one in the wrong for wanting to exchange the messed-up blazer. I'd suggest steering clear of that store and checking out other places that treat their customers better.
Poorly made watch
I bought a watch from this company not too long ago, and it ended up slipping off my wrist while I was trying to put it on, falling right onto a wooden surface. The crazy thing is, the glass didn't break, but all those shiny gold Roman numerals on the face came loose and now they're just floating around inside. I reached out to customer service, but my complaint got passed around to a bunch of different places, and no one could help me out under the warranty. I shelled out about $170 for this watch and I was hoping for better quality and service from a well-known brand. I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by the product itself and the way things have been handled after the fact.
Gift voucher purchase issue
I had this frustrating situation with a gift card my son got me. We tried using it online and reached out for help through chats and in-person visits, but no luck. Turns out, I couldn't use the gift card because there were sale items in my cart. It was really disappointing to not be able to use my own gift card how I wanted. This whole thing left me with a bad impression of the company's rules. I'd advise others to think twice about shopping here after what happened.
