Different styles
Someone may not agree with me but I design and styles of apparels are different then normal apparels in market.
My sweatshirts from Huk Fin Fleece in more then four colors using since a year but all looks unused.This is a great feature of quality and brand.Shots from Huk is equally with great apparels and colors , costs suitable for evey pockets.
What is concern ? Whenever I visit this web site I always feel something missing in interface or need some hard work to make it more attractive
Fonts used for product description is also disappointed me,this can be more better.Please pay some attention But Gear.Sportswear purchase
I recently bought some new workout gear online. I was worried about when it would arrive, so I talked to their customer service on chat. The person I talked to wasn't as friendly as I expected, they seemed mad that I asked. But my order showed up at my house just two hours after I placed it. Even though I was happy it came so fast, it showed me that the customer service team and the delivery process aren't on the same page. The company should work on better communication and training for their employees to make sure customers have a better experience.
Rain jacket and pants
Seams on both came unwelded. When contacting Huk, they told me I needed to go through Amazon. I purchased through Amazon, however, the products came directly from Huk. We had only owned them for about 6 months, but have only used them for about 2. Amazon told me to contact Huk, but on the product support page, it sends directly to Huk. I am very disappointed in both the product and the service as we spent well over $350 for the cost and pants. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.
Shirt
I would not recommend ordering from this company. First they charge $17 for shipping of one light weight shirt, then the shirt was to big so I needed to return it and the return policy states it will be $6 to return the shirt but when i went to return it they charged me $10 and would not change it. So this is absolutely unacceptable and poor customer service. So sad company’s do business like this. Cheryl
Huk shoes
Ordered their new shoes online. Order confirmation pushed me to some third party app called Shop. Wanted information I would not give out just to track an order.
Sent four emails to Huk customer service with the same boiler plate answer. Couldn’t tell me if the product shipped. After a week of messing around with no response to my question I disputed the payment with my CC.
Same day the shoes showed up.
They obviously shipped, but nobody in there customer service could tell me that.T-shirts
Nice looking shirts, but very cheaply made sizes run small. I wear an XL and ended up giving the shirts to my son, who wears a large size big waste of money won’t ever order again!!!!
Shirts and Shorts
Delivery... Be advised that it will take HUK a day and a half to process your order. So if you pay on Monday and you pay 2 day delivery it will take 5 day to receive your order. And customer service (BEN) is not helpful that you will miss the point of ordering your gear. you will be on the boat and your gear will be sitting on your door step 2 hours away.
Hat, underwear and glove
When I tried to track the shipment after HUK emailed that it was “on its way” It synced me to FedEx which promptly said the shipment couldn’t be tracked. I hate the runaround, either a business is legitimate or not. A good indicator is a purchase, a shipment and tracking number and delivery. There seems to be a hitch in this companies giddy up. We’ll see what happens but …
shirts and xmas junk
quality is decent enough. shipping is misleading and costly. customer service is laughable. charging people $30 for items to arrive a week later is pretty rich.
long sleeve fishing shirt
i have been trying to return a shirt and the label was damged so i have spent the last two weeks trying to get ahold of HUK for a reprint, they will not email me and im told i cant return. this is a really had company to work with. i will make sure this is blasted on social media. in todays time Huk should at least reach out to it's customers and help!!!
I couldn’t agree more. I placed 3 orders last summer, more than half of the shirts came with stains. Their return process is ridiculous. It took over a week for them to respond. I had to return shirts, wait for them to receive them for them to send out non damaged ones. Of course by then, they were out of stock on size. No apologies from Huk, they can care less. I just placed order & states unfulfilled. No email explaining why, no credit on my card - HUK better get it together. Columbia products are just as good.
