Kids waterproof cotton jackets purchased three years back ,still no issue I have . Unfortunately they can't use it now die to their age ..So unfit now. Again my order of similar cotton jackets for both the kids and one top zip rubberized backpack is in process ,hope I will received by tomorrow

I got these Wellybobs a few months back from this store. I wear 'em every day for all kinds of things, especially walkin' the dog. But then I noticed a rip in the rubber of one boot. So I reached out to customer service, sent 'em some pics of the problem along with my original order info. Surprisingly, they got back to me real quick and asked for the product number on the boot. Once I gave 'em that, they shipped out a new pair of Wellybobs right away. The new boots showed up the very next day, which was pretty impressive. Even though it was a pain dealin' with the split boot, I was happy with how awesome their customer service was. Hopin' this new pair holds up better than the last one!
New Wellies Replacement

Replacement boots under warranty
I just had a problem with some boots I bought that ended up cracking only six months after I got them. Tall rubber boots
I got some tall rubber boots from this company thinking they would be great for gardening and outdoor stuff, you know? But man, was I bummed out by how they turned out. They looked good and seemed well put together, but they were kinda flimsy. The rubber felt thin and not very tough like I wanted, so they weren't up to snuff for the rough land I wanted to use them on. Plus, they didn't have any insulation or extra layers, so they weren't good for different weather conditions. The company made it easy to return the boots and even gave me a return label, but I just sent them back 'cause they didn't hold up for what I needed.

I just bought a pair of boots from this store and it was great. The boots looked just like they did online, and they were really good quality. These boots are my favorite for rainy days. They're stylish, super comfy, and always keep my feet dry no matter what. But after wearing them for a year, I noticed a defect in one of the boots. I've had my old rain boots for forever, but they were getting way too worn out. So, I decided to treat myself to a new pair, and let me tell you, they're just as amazing as my old ones! New boots, old ones broke.
I got my first pair of boots from this place and they broke after a little while. Luckily, they had a two-year guarantee, so I got a new pair last September. But then last week, I noticed water coming in through a seam on my new ones! I was really upset when I learned that the company went out of business, but then I got an email saying they might still honor my guarantee. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Rubber care kit success
The rubber care kit I got totally transformed my boots. They were all messed up with that annoying white stuff, but after using the rubber buffer and boot shine, they look even better than when I first got them. So thrilled with how they turned out!
