A company like Hydro Flask changed the look of tables either offices or home tables .
Colorful flasks, balancable tumbler, coffee mugs
Etc.
We are using your products very often for distribution to our staff and workers.Especilly lunch boxes and apparels. Now families who received these gifts by either way,buying directly from Hydro Flask . Doesn't mean you are only sellers of these items.
Idea was to check new one better to use tested sellers because one two items are already available in every home.So keep selling ,we never find any disputes during these long association.
Add some more items which may equally added for office gifts as well as homeSkunk smell issue.
I recently bought one of your products and had a problem with a funky smell coming from the bottle. I tried cleaning it in different ways, but the odor stuck around. I've been a fan of your stuff for a while, so I thought I'd reach out to customer service for help. I was bummed to see that the only way to contact you was through email. I quickly sent a message explaining my issue, but unfortunately, never heard back. It was disappointing to be left hanging like that, especially after having good experiences with your products before.
Hydro Flask Bottle Purchase
I just got myself a Hydro Flask bottle, and let me tell you, I am so happy with it. This thing is top-notch in quality and super durable. It keeps my drinks icy cold for hours, even when I'm out in the blazing summer heat. Plus, it looks really cool and sleek, perfect for taking on hikes or just using every day. Seriously, I can't recommend this water bottle enough to anyone in need of a reliable one.
Hydro Flask water bottle and tumbler
The Hydro Flask water bottle and tumbler are seriously the bomb. I mean, they keep my drinks cold or hot for real as long as they say they will. Plus, they're a breeze to clean and don't get scratched up easily. I'm obsessed with all the different colors and lids they offer, and it's awesome that I can find replacement parts at local stores instead of always having to order online.
Water bottle purchase
I just bought a water bottle from their site, and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. The thing didn't show up when it was supposed to, and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. They even started accusing me of stuff. The way they handled everything was really disappointing and unprofessional.
Color mix-up
I bought this hydro flask in this really awesome color, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. They also threw in this extra accessory that I didn't even ask for. When I tried sending it back, they insisted that I ordered that color and accessory, but I know I didn't. It's just so annoying!
Stainless steel insulated water bottle
The customer service I got was awesome. I had a problem with a part of my water bottle, and even though it wasn't their fault, they still fixed it for me. I use my stainless steel insulated water bottle every single day, and it's really great quality. The price might be a bit high, but the amazing service makes it worth it. I couldn't be happier as a customer!
Replacement Lid
I reached out to customer service about my flask lid leaking. They got back to me quickly and asked for more details. In less than a week, I got a new lid and everything was fixed up. I'm really happy with how they handled everything and fixed my problem so fast!
1 Gallon Bottle
I ordered this big water bottle to hold all my drinks but it just hasn't arrived yet and it feels like it's been forever. I'm getting pretty frustrated, like seriously why is this taking so long? I just really want my water bottle, you know?
Stainless steel water bottle
I bought a stainless steel water bottle and it got all scratched up after just one use, even though I didn't do anything to it. I tried to get a replacement from customer service like they promised on social media, but it was a real hassle since I'm in the UK. The UK customer service team didn't seem to care at all or want to help me out, so now I'm stuck with a messed up bottle and a bad opinion of the company. It's frustrating to spend money on something that can't even handle normal use without getting messed up.
Hydro Flask purchase
I ordered my Hydro Flask bottle on December 15th, and it hasn't shipped yet as of December 24th. I was expecting to have it by now, but it's taking way too long. They promised to cover the return shipping if it arrives late and I don't want it anymore, but that's just frustrating. I'm not impressed with this whole situation.
40oz water bottle
The 40-ounce water bottle I got for Father's Day turned out to be a real letdown. I only had ice in it for a couple hours and it was already just water. The quality was really bad and definitely not worth the price. I tried to leave a review but couldn't find a way to do it.
Food jar purchase
What a waste! I bought this food jar thinking it would keep my soup piping hot for hours, but man, what a letdown. Within minutes, my soup was already cold, totally defeating the point of buying the darn thing.

Broken Lid Replacement
I just tried to get a new lid for my flask from the warranty service because it's still pretty new, only a couple of months old. But man, was I bummed to find out they don't ship to the UK. I did everything they asked, took pics, wrote my info on them, and even sent in a pic of my receipt. I was hoping they'd be more helpful and accommodating with the warranty claims, but I guess not. Bummer.
Bottle
I just bought a bottle from your company and it was a nightmare. I ordered it back in November, and here we are in January and still no sign of it. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. They couldn't tell me where my order was and only offered a 20% refund, even though I paid full price plus shipping. That's not how you should treat customers. I'm definitely going to share my experience with others and I won't be buying from your company again.
Water bottle with lid
I just got this water bottle with a lid from this company, and man, was I let down. In the ads, the lid looked all sleek and center, no silver pins in sight to hold the strap. But when I actually got the bottle and put on the lid, bam! Those silver pins were sticking out like a sore thumb, not at all like how they were advertised. That difference between what they showed and what I got was a major letdown and definitely misleading.
