    More useful USBs and other daily usable devices they have in store .
    After going through the reviews on site one interesting device Pocket Drive USB charger for mobiles and tablets with great power of 6000mah found ,this was also a best seller .I also picked.This item is very useful unlike other carving device but looks makes it different.
    Costs of any item is affordable almost. May someone not agree as huge products are in market but these are tested and still in testing phase since long time.Need not to worry about warranty.

    Ordered a 5-1 Hub for SurfacePro 5. The miniDP port does not work. After back and forth emails “troubleshooting” with CS, now they are claiming the port only works if connecting miniDP to miniDP. What BS! Returning for a refund.

    Charger purchase

    The customer service at this store really let me down. They said I'd get a free cable with my charger, but they didn't include it in the package. I tried emailing them several times to fix the problem, but I never heard back. It's clear they care more about sweeping problems under the rug than actually helping their customers. I suggest going elsewhere and checking out companies like Anker, who actually care about making sure their customers are happy and coming back for more.

    I got this charger for when I travel, but the first one I got was a total dud. The regular USB ports didn't work, the USB-C was all glitchy, and it got super hot! But the company sent me a new one and now it works like a charm. It doesn't get hot and charges my laptop perfectly.

    I gotta tell ya, my time with Hyper Shop has been pretty disappointing. They promise top-notch customer service, but I've been left to figure things out on my own way too often. Blaming delays on COVID in September 2023 seems like a total cop-out to me, and just shows how they're not putting their best foot forward. Businesses should aim higher and not rely on weak excuses like that.

    HyperDrive GEN2 (with power and without power)

    I bought two things from this store, the HyperDrive GEN2 with power and without power. I ran into a big problem with both items because they wouldn't work with multiple screens like they were supposed to. I had to keep unplugging and plugging in cables to try to make them work, which got really irritating. I even tested different monitors and cables on another computer that works fine, just to make sure it was the HyperDrive products that were the issue. In the end, I had to swap them out for something else, which worked perfectly. I was let down that the products didn't do what they claimed and weren't worth the extra cash in my opinion. And it bothered me that I had to use my Twitter or Facebook account to write a review on the store's site, and then set up an account with YOTPO.

    Delayed Kickstarter order

    I supported a Kickstarter campaign back in December and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the service I've gotten from this company. They told me over 4 months ago that my order was on the way, but I still haven't gotten anything. It's really frustrating that their support team is hardly responding to me at all, it's like they're ignoring my messages and playing games. This delay in getting my order is just not cool, and I'm honestly just feeling super annoyed and disappointed with how things have gone so far with this company.

    SSD Enclosure purchase

    I bought an SSD Enclosure on November 22nd and waited a whole week without hearing anything. I reached out to customer support, got a reply, but the tracking info they gave me was wrong. I tried to contact them multiple times after that, but got no response. Now, on December 4th, my order is still stuck at "Label Created." I wasted $90 to figure out that this company is a scam. Don't make the same mistake, stay away from them!

    I ordered something at the end of March, but I never got any updates even after asking multiple times. The phone number they have listed is always busy, and they said they would email me when they sent my order out. The last time I ordered, it was sent right away. I'm getting frustrated because it's already mid-April and I still haven't heard anything. I might have to ask my credit card company for a refund. Don't buy from here! They're still selling the item online, but it's been over two weeks and they still haven't sorted out my order.

    USB-C Charger purchase

    I bought a USB-C charger from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I am super bummed out about the whole thing. It took forever for the charger to actually get shipped, and during that time, I couldn't even get a hold of the delivery person. When the package didn't make it to me, I tried reaching out to Hyper for help, but they basically said there was nothing they could do once it was on its way. I was so frustrated, especially because I had someone waiting at the office for it. Then, to top it off, the delivery person texted me saying they weren't going to deliver it and were sending it back to the sender. I've sent multiple emails to Hyper but they haven't offered any help or solution. The whole customer service experience has been awful and I am beyond disappointed with this purchase.
