I recently used the premium delivery option for a purchase, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how fast and great the service was. I ordered my stuff right before 10pm, and the next day, in less than 12 hours, my order showed up. I got three things - a pair of cargos and two tops that I thought could go together. Even though there was a 40% off deal on the site, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the items were. I was planning to wear the outfit for a night out, but I found out that the cargos were so versatile, I could dress them up or down for different occasions.

My recent experience with the company was like a wild ride. I ordered something, but it got canceled because it was out of stock. It might not be top-notch quality because it's affordable, but for the price, I can't really complain. Overall, the customer service was amazing, a solid 10/10 in my opinion.

She not only sorted it out that same day but also gave me another option since the service I wanted wasn't an option anymore. I was really impressed with how helpful and friendly she was in fixing everything. All in all, I was really happy with the customer service I got.
Trouser exchange issue
I just had a really frustrating experience with this store. They sent me the wrong size pants, so I tried to exchange them, but the customer service was terrible. The instructions they gave me didn't work, and the 28-day return policy felt really rushed. I'm so bummed out by all of this, and it makes me not want to shop here again. Seems like I'm not the only one who's had problems with their customer service based on other reviews I've read.
