Honestly it's a very good product and also useful for reasons But I didn't find it best as I expected especially when compared with money I invested for this product My Platinum cooler is very cute design and great look Provision of interior space is also good I opted 10 ah battery for better use because at home actually this type of cooler doesn't required Main testing when I take it out where performance doesn't meet with all factors like cooling temperature should be more less especially when out door temperature is 38 to 42 plus In fact this is the time when I need some more results

It is a neat little cooler/air conditioner. My situation really stinks. The item came damaged in the box with no damage on the outside of the box. The cooler had creases in the side. The electrical control board did not work properly. Instead of the company saying send the unit back and we will send you a new properly working and non-damaged unit they just want to send out a part and have me fix it. That still does not cover the damage. I would not recommend this company after dealing with customer service for three days there’s simple answer was just return it we will give you your money back. That is not what I wanted I just wanted a properly working unit with no damage. Their customer support and or service is a joke they are rude and will not help you beyond what they feel is needed. Do not recommend do not buy from them they are terrible
