This lack of communication and follow-up worries me, and I think the website needs to be more careful with the information it gives out.

Rural house stay in Chella
My wife and I stayed at this house out in Chella, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near that place. The owner is as loony as they come. He'll welcome you, take your cash, and then boot you out with rudeness and a disgustingly dirty kitchen. If you're brave enough to give it a shot, be sure to book through central de reservas.com, but proceed with caution.

I really can't stand their stupid annoying ads. They just make me want to scream and punch something.
Misleading alerts and pricing tactics
So, Idealo really dropped the ball on this one. I was getting all these discount alerts that ended up being totally fake, making me question their math skills. I mean, during Amazon Prime Days, the price of the product I was watching went down, but they didn't bother to clue me in. And to top it off, they were sending me alerts for a watch that had nothing to do with the ones I actually cared about. Just not cool, Idealo. Not cool.

I asked for a refund because of this terrible customer service and now I feel like I've been played. It's February 22nd, and still no sign of my money back. And to top it off, they're not even showing the negative reviews I left. Come on, those reviews are supposed to help others avoid the same mess I went through.
