I asked for a manager over and over, but got no response. Their communication was shady and unprofessional. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card to try and get a refund. I shop online a lot, but I've never had such bad customer service.

Some guy named Sean said I'd get my money back if I sent it back, but now they're saying I missed the return deadline so tough luck. Dealing with them has been a huge letdown, their customer service and responsibility stinks.
